FRAGOSO ENTERTAINMENT LLC – PUBLIC AI/IP PROTECTION POLICY SECTION 1 — PURPOSE This policy publicly declares the rights, protections, and restrictions governing the use of Fragoso Entertainment LLC intellectual property, characters, storylines, art, gameplay footage, systems, likenesses, brand elements, and all related creative materials. No signature is required. This document serves as a legal notice that unauthorized AI generated content involving Fragoso Entertainment LLC is prohibited. SECTION 2 — PROTECTED MATERIALS All creative and technical materials owned by Fragoso Entertainment LLC are protected, including but not limited to: Grim Hope assets, characters, environments, lore, music, gameplay systems, UI/UX, code structures, tools, and all FE Dev Support systems, scripts, and methodologies. No person or AI system may reproduce, simulate, or generate content derived from these materials without written permission. SECTION 3 — PROHIBITED AI USES The following actions are strictly prohibited: • Generating AI videos, images, or audio using Fragoso IP. • Training AI on FE-owned assets, gameplay, voice lines, scripts, documentation, or systems. • Producing AI replicas of FE characters, worlds, mechanics, or signature artistic styles. • Using FE content to create misleading or fraudulent media. • Selling, distributing, or publishing AI-generated works derived from FE IP. These restrictions apply universally across all AI models, tools, datasets, and platforms. SECTION 4 — BRAND & BUSINESS PROTECTION No person or AI system may create content that: • Suggests affiliation with Fragoso Entertainment LLC. • Falsely portrays FE statements, announcements, decisions, or business direction. • Mimics the style, formatting, or branding of official FE communications. • Implies endorsement or partnership. FE branding, trademarks, and brand identity are protected from AI imitation. SECTION 5 — IDENTITY & LIKENESS PROTECTION No person or AI system may generate, simulate, clone, or distribute: • The likeness, voice, face, or identity of Justin Fragoso. • Any spelling or stylized version of his handle, including Reloadz, I2eloaDz, iTzI2eloaDz, or any derivative. • Any FE staff members, contractors, or representatives. This includes preventing deepfakes, AI impersonations, voice cloning, and misleading representations. SECTION 6 — AI TRAINING & DATA RESTRICTIONS The following may NOT be used to train AI systems: • FE Dev Support systems, scripts, logs, prompts, methodologies, or troubleshooting frameworks. • Grim Hope development footage, code, animations, or internal builds. • Any FE internal processes, tools, documentation, or workflow strategies. • Any FE communication patterns, stylistic signatures, or structural design approaches. FE reserves all rights to pursue legal action for unauthorized AI training or dataset inclusion. SECTION 7 — COMMERCIAL RESTRICTIONS No person or AI system may commercialize any content derived from FE IP. This includes selling prints, NFTs, AI art, videos, or systems that imitate or reproduce FE intellectual property. All FE assets are protected under copyright and business law. SECTION 8 — LEGAL ENFORCEMENT This document serves as a public legal notice.
