As per government directive to reopen schools from September 1,2021 , We would like to assure you that the school is fully equipped to abide by the protocols set for prevention of spread of COVID - 19 and has already planned the steps for safety of students. Safety Measures taken by the School • Daily temperature check using thermal scanner and hand sanitization to students, staff and visitors at main gate on arrival. • Different entry and exit points for boys and girls to avoid crowd at one junction. • A special team has been set to check regular c lassroom and toilet sanitization. • Hand Sanitizers will be kept in every classroom for students and staff use. Safety Measures to be taken by Students • All students must wear mask covering the nose and chin compulsorily. Fine will be imposed on students not wearing mask. A spare mask should be kept in bag. • Students should use the staircase instructed by the class teachers on day 1. • Snacks and adequate water to be brought by students. Sharing of items to be strictly avoided in school p remises. • Students to sit only in their designated place assigned by the class teacher. Safety Measures to be taken by Parents • Arrange safe transport for your ward. • Parents to drop your ward on time in front of the gate and depart immediately to avoid traffic. • Pick your ward on time from school • Ensure you child wears mask, has a spare mask in bag, snacks and water. Other Instructions • Students to present themselves in proper dress code till the uniforms are stitched. Uniform to be stitched on or before September 10,2021. • Boys should come in neatly trimmed hair and clean shave. Girls should come in two plaits with black ribbon. Black school shoes to be worn from day 1.
