Cricket Legend | Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 1. Entrants must be over the age of 21 to be eligible to win the Cricket Legend prize. 2. Users are limited to one entry per edition of the Cricket Legend game. 3. Users must complete the quiz in its entirety and successfully complete the registration process to be eligible for the Cricket Legend prize. 4. Entries submitted after the Cricket Legend game’s expiry date will not be eligible to win the Cricket Legend prize. 5. Should the promoter detect fraudulent entries, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify such entries. 6. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time. 7. By submitting contact and registration information, entrants automatically opt in to receiving marketing communications from the promoter and the Cricket Legend game sponsors. 8. In the event of there being multiple correct entries, a random prize draw will be held to decide a winner. 9. The promoter will use every reasonable endeavour to contact the prize winner through the contact and registration details submitted in the game. 10. If the prize winner does not respond to the promoter’s communication regarding claiming the prize within 48 hours, then the prize will be released to another eligible entrant. 11. Should the prize be released, and there be more than one eligible entrant with all correct answers remaining, another random prize draw will be conducted. This process repeats until an eligible entrant claims the prize. 12. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize for winning the Cricket Legend game is a cricket ball signed by Australian Cricket Legend, Brett Lee. 13. The Cricket Legend Sponsors will send the prize to the game winner by courier, using the address information supplied in the registration process, unless an alternative delivery address is requested by the game winner and acknowledged by the promoter and sponsor. 14. The Sponsors and the Promoters accept no liability if the prize is lost or misdelivered by the courier. 15. Any customs duties or taxes, missed delivery fees or additional postage fees will be met by the prize winner. 16. Users reserve the right to unsubscribe to marketing communications at any time.
