COVID-19 Update What if we go on Lockdown for my booked dates? If our Holiday Park is not accessible we can re-schedule your holiday to different dates or cancel and offer a refund. This only applies to those who have directly booked with the owner. If you have booked through ukcaravans4hire and wish to cancel, please contact the owner to avoid any unforeseen charges. We suggest that guests book directly through the owner to avoid cancellation charges. What happens if my local area enters Tier 3 and the Government advises Essential Travel only? We will unfortunately be forced to cancel your holiday, offering you alternative dates or a refund. If you have booked through ukcaravans4hire and wish to cancel, please contact the owner to avoid any unforeseen charges. Torbay is an 8 Berth Caravan, but we are restricted to 6 people? If all 8 guests are not in your support bubble, 2 guests will need to find alternative accommodation. Caravan Cleanliness Our dedicated cleaning company is working hard to keep our caravan as safe as possible. We continue to sterilise all floors, surfaces, utensils, dinnerware and every single handle, light switch and remote. We still replace all linen after each check-out for fresh, ironed linen which is cleaned and stored offsite. We can provide replacement linen if required.
