W e request a copy of information that you hold and have held about us to which we are entitled under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 including but not limited to Power of Attorney/Deed of Novation /Deed of Assignment /Contracts/ Collateral contract/means, obligations or agreements and any property we are unaware of and to include the source of the data/instruments. Include within the instruments the #Power of Attorney/Deed of Novation/Deed of Assignment/Contract that grants your ‘company’ authority, to alter our property with the HM Land Registry—by registering a alledged debt benefitting your company,—without our express, written consent/without a contract/without a bill under the 1882 Bills Act.; &. And the instruments—the Power of Attorney/Deed of Novation/Deed of Assignment/Contract/Collateral Contract—that grants the HM Land Registry the authority to alter our property real/corporeal/tangible/intangible, by registering a alledged debt benefitting your company, without our written consent/without a contract/without a bill under the 1882 Bills Act. Please include any and all instruments of record including those ‘off the record’ or which we are unaware or those concealed from us’ ; &. And all ledgering, Bills and other financial instruments—that you hold and have held upon us to which we are entitled under the 2018 Act General Data Protection Regulation including but not limited to (Data Protection Act 2018 inc sections.14(1) , 45, 54). Please supply us in both electronic copy and hard copy the data about us that we are entitled to/our personal data you do hold/have held under the data protection law. Include confirmation that you are/have been processing our personal data; The purposes of your processing; The categories of personal data concerned; Information about the source of the data, where it was not obtained directly from us; The recipients or categories of recipient you disclose our personal data to/obtained our personal data from including but not exhaustively listed:-corporate entities of Palantir, DVLA, Other Government corporations, Microsoft, LexisNexis. Your retention period for storing my personal data or, where this is not possible, your criteria for determining how long you will store it; Confirmation of the existence of our right to request rectification, erasure or restriction or to object to such processing; Confirmation of our right to lodge a complaint with the ICO or another supervisory authority; The The existence of any automated decision-making (including profiling); And The safeguards you provide if you transfer our personal data to a third country or international organisation. Please supply complete financial transaction ledgering you have with this account and all bills of this account and all instruments including contracts entered in to with or without our authority or wet ink consent to include evidence of any body corporate/body politick/state being granted Power of Attorney over Us or over any man. ; And any collateral contracts ; And any and all obligations, agreements including Deeds, Power of Attorney over Us, our property real, tangible, intangible and our incorporeal property. Please provide the mapping management process involved in the data usage; Include the regulatory compliance process used to ensure sufficient governance is in place ; Include the same for any third parties you provide/ have provided access to our data; Include what your legal reason for holding such data, and any data you do not/did not have a legal reason to hold, Please delete and provide necessary regulatory requirements to evidence the deletion of said data. Within this our notice of our ‘Subject Access Request’, we have attached a copy of the Baron David Ward Affidavit of truth and statement of fact, an accepted &. unrebutted legal instrument. This legal instrument was provided to you by us and others on multi occasions for your careful consideration and, with neither claims contra nor rebuttals by way of ‘point for point’, being made within forty eight hours [48hrs], or later than 48 hours, there being a silence from you over the instrument, the instrument is deemed accepted in its entirety. We look forward to receiving your response within one calendar month, per the General Data Protection Regulation. If you do not normally deal with these requests, please pass this letter to your Data Protection Officer, or relevant staff member. We await your response.
