Have You Heard of Schellevis-Mie? (Dutch: Weet je 't al van Schellevis-Mie?) was a 1915 Dutch comedy play with Solser en Hesse. It was staged 100 times over many years and is their most memorable. Although the play had to be cancelled several times, as Solser was neurasthenic (suicidal) and unreliable. After his d eath, Piet Hesse’s wife Anna Slauderoff reluctantly agrees to the role. (Which could be played by genuine girls thank s to his talent). She premiered it on her 30th stage anniversary on February 9, 1916. Lion’s death also marked a decli ne in “Jordaan” sketches. She also has a beautiful voice.
