Under the Housing Executive umbrella, there are three main platforms the successful candidate would be selling on. • Quarterly business magazine available in print & digital format distributed to every single Housing Association in the UK. • News website & social media hub Headed by our editor Chris Ogden. We’ll give you up to the minute news, exclusive interviews, and thought-provoking articles and insights. • Virtual and physical events for current and future leaders of the sector About the Role • Competitive salary • Uncapped commission structure • Contacting potential clients to present advertising opportunities relevant to the client’s needs. Typically, this takes the form of speaking with prospects over the telephone and using video conferencing software • Ability to lead source and find clients that would benefit from the service being offered • Account managing existing clients to ensure their needs are catered for and pleased with the service being delivered • Opportunity to come up with ideas and develop new revenue streams • Work with production team to ensure deadlines are met • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, meeting potential and existing clients About you • Passionate about sales with a proven track record in generating sales in previous roles • Highly motivated to exceed monthly targets in order to maximise commission payment • Personable character • Strong negotiator • Confident communicator and presenter In the first instance, send your CV to email@example.com.
