Everybod y has their own opini on, so if the league rules are changed t o everyone’s opinions, everyone would b e upset. There have been several rules which have been changed over the last few years because the VC and L C have both agreed it is for the better, so it is not impossible to have thing s changed. But when owners don’t speak, there is less to discuss. If t he LC and VC cannot agree on a rule or a formal rule change proposition, are in a situation which they are part of a rule dispute and both cannot agree on the outcome, or an owner finds a rule is n ot being enforced by the LC/VC; the Supreme Court will make the final determination. 8 .2 – League positions 8 .2.a League Commissioner – Justin Smith Vice Commissioner – Daniel Rainey Supreme C ourt – Justin Thompson, Kyle Hutchison , Kasey Weldon 8 .2.b If a death occurs to the LC, the VC will become the interim LC for the balance of the season.
