SuiteNeat Resident Terms of Service Last Updated: April 9, 2025 By scheduling a cleaning appointment through SuiteNeat, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Our Role. SuiteNeat LLC ("SuiteNeat") is a platform that connects apartment residents ("you" or "Resident") with independent cleaning professionals ("Cleaners"). SuiteNeat does not provide cleaning services directly and does not employ, supervise, or control Cleaners. Each Cleaner operates independently and is solely responsible for the services they perform. 2. Working with Independent Cleaners. Cleaners are not SuiteNeat employees or agents. While we take steps to verify eligibility and background, we do not guarantee or certify the quality, safety, or outcome of any service. By scheduling an appointment, you understand that all cleaning work is provided by independent contractors, and you accept the general risks of inviting someone into your space. 3. Liability Limits. We want you to have a great experience, but just so we’re clear. ● SuiteNeat is not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or injury related to services performed by a Cleaner. ● Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the specific appointment. 4. What to Do if Something Goes Wrong. If you have an issue with your service — whether it’s dissatisfaction, property damage, or a concern — please reach out to the Cleaner directly. That said, SuiteNeat is happy to help coordinate communication if needed. While we don’t resolve disputes ourselves, we care about your experience and will do what we can to assist. 5. Cancellations and Refunds. ● You may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. ● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the situation. ● SuiteNeat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time, with a full refund provided if applicable. 6. Access and Safety. ● Please make sure Cleaners can safely and legally access your unit at the scheduled time. ● If no one will be home, you must provide clear written or digital permission for entry. ● Cleaners are not responsible for managing pets or valuables unless specifically arranged. 7. Updates to These Terms. SuiteNeat may revise these Terms occasionally. Any updates will be posted on our website and take effect when posted. Continuing to schedule cleanings means you agree to the updated Terms. 8. Communications. By scheduling an appointment, you consent to receive messages from SuiteNeat by email, SMS, or other means for the purpose of confirming, updating, or coordinating your appointment. These communications may include service reminders, rescheduling notices, or follow-up feedback requests. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time, but messages related to appointment logistics are necessary to deliver the service. Your name, unit number, and contact information may be shared with your assigned Cleaner solely for the purpose of completing the scheduled service. 9. Privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect, use, and share data. By using SuiteNeat’s services, you agree to that policy. By scheduling a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
