The startling statistics is fewer men in the newer generation is taking office responsibility in parish council and Diocesan Synod. Hence, fewer clergy members will affect funeral services in the future. Without clergy and trained priest, funeral services can almost go out of business in some parish in certain areas. So, my current generations of those born in early 90’s to previous generations of 70’s may have a very small percentage of people with excellent listening skills. This concept can apply beyond ecclesiastical charities, as universal broad of spectrum in human interactions and development on earth. For instance, in the 70's to 90's , marriages were celebrated with large families, as many people were cohabiting. In the early 21st century, there has been smaller cohesive family units, leading to smaller percentage of committed long term relationships. Instead of believing the world is the romantic fantasy of a film and wonderful utopia; everyone is experiencing a sense of disenchantment.As we are ushering into a new wave of AI automation and cyborgs. Therefore, innovations and creativity will emerge in smaller amount of active churches and parishes in the future. It's extremely challenging to recant a bombarded Utopian and optimistic outlook; without being cynical on realising the future of ecclesiastical charities is at stake. There is a lot of Deanery Committee members, that are afraid to reveal an underlying crisis; with true statistics; as the Bishops, Church Commissioners and treasurers at the main headquarters would want to shut down some churches, that are performing badly in key mission plans. Hence, statistics and figures are manipulating to cloak pitfalls and present a more glittering and glowing mission statements. It’s becoming difficult to distinguish which churches is struggling the most in fulfilling missions and is reaching critical moments of shutting down.
