Economic Changes The constant changes in the past was from brute mobilization; in cases of Roman invasion has altered the dynamic of Athens. The current dynamic in world's politics and government; is based on indirect political manuevers; which can develop psychological barriers in the minds of the citizens.Rather in the past, there was an overt physical barriers; instead 21st century has witnessed an omnipresent of internal and psychological barriers. The Romans admired the beauty of Athen's educations; as current EU is enthralled by the elite universities of UK such as Oxford and Cambridge university. Despite, Brexit leading to an massive cultural shift in policy regulations between borders of UK and EU nations. Britain and European Union was entangling in long drawn out affair; although, Britain is classified as being part of European regions. Also, European Union leaders insisted UK will suffer from post-Brexit era, though PPP and PwC shows Britain will still improve their economic growth; the only pitfall is a slow economic progress. Britain will still be one of the most powerful economies in the European region; so Brexit has caused a significant damage to EU in terms of future economic power ranking tables by 2050. Economic interest will shift to the leverage of Asia and Latin America by 2050.Nevertheless, the other permutations are some British firms are looking to reinforce artificial intelligence robots to fill empty vacancies as post-Brexit era has seen more skilled migrant moving to other countries. Also, there are elder and senior employees doing extra workload in the labour force and working longer years in the labour market. Social Changes Another interesting study is the narcissistic levels between older generations and newer generations. All of us are prone to narcissistic tendencies; since we are naturally fixated on our ideals and interest. But, narcissistic level can go too far and not to generalise— more studies reveal a higher percentage of higher levels of narcissism in the newer generation. Thereby, compressing the smaller scale of new generation of people with people oriented skills. Hence, the implementation of being half human and half machine could be the norm in the near future. Although, the book of Timothy in the bible predicts the trend of high levels of narcissism. Whereas, in a rudimentary evolutionary perspective, is that Charles Darwin would have scratched his head for hours trying to grasp humans being infused with AI; as part of progressive and adaptive changes in the subsequent civilization. Darwin’s theory of origin of species may seem out of touch with current existing knowledge of adaptive humans and animals with embedded AI systems. However, Charles Darwin has spent an extensive amount of time in analysing the biological specimens, human’s evolution from species according to his personal perspective. Whereas, biblical references of Revelation chapter provided a more accurate prediction on human’s adaptive changes with in-built technology in human flesh. Though, agnostic Darwin was in a relationship with religious women; was completely correct on humans are always evolving for the adaptive and progressive society. Humans can be separated from chimpanzee and mice; with separated and integrated brain implants. Humans can have implanted radio transmitter device— integrated into their arms. Biblical references of Revelation chapter have predicted the future of the rudimentary aspects of humans and AI; a holy book, which was published several thousands of years ago prior to the publication of Origin Of Species by Charles Darwin. Biological rooted traits designed for survival and reproduction in context of Charles Darwin theory may have a fixed period, as we are witnessing a transition of transhumanism in correlation to evolution of humans and mechanism. Adaptive changes will be an revolving phenomenon across different spheres in human society and development. As Greek Philosopher Heraclitus states, " You can't step in the same river twice". The world is constant state of flux.Changes in marriage rate is an interesting phenomenon. There is a strange trend of falling marriage rates. There are all kinds of factors such as changes in technology, labour market and society is becoming less religious. Mayo,Nash and Cocksworth stated, “Voas(2003) draws attention to the fact that evidence from opinion polls, church attendance surveys and official statistics all point to a society that is moving away from Christianity in its day-to-day beliefs and practices. Young people in particular are less likely to engage with the Christian faith than older people.” The priest, parish clergy, PPC is the main fulcrum in funeral services at parish with the assistance of funeral directors. The startling statistics is fewer men in the newer generation is taking office responsibility in parish council and Diocesan Synod. Hence, fewer clergy members will affect funeral services in the future. Without clergy and trained priest, funeral services can almost go out of business in some parish in certain areas. Pope Francis is dismayed by worldwide priest shortage as illustrated in Associated Press: Pope Francis has voiced alarm at the “hemorrhaging” of nuns and priests in Italy and Europe, saying God only knows how many seminaries, monasteries, convents and churches will close because fewer people are being called to lives of religious service. Nevertheless, in western countries, there will be more common secret burial; instead of funeral services in some areas; since some churches will shut down. Some people could be buried in secrecy or the other route of Che Guevara style burial with no embellished marked grave. Some parishes have shut down; since there is no local trained priest and parish clergy in some areas. Although, it will be so disheartening for some people above 50 years old, who have saved £3,000 to £4,000 for elaborate funeral ceremony. Since the funeral cost will include the fees for the doctor, minister, church and crematorium.Stay flexible and fluid because everything changes and nothing stays the same. David Ison, argued in his book, “baptism, weddings and funerals (now seriously declining in numbers)”. Society is changing rapidly as huge percentage of newer generations are exploring different sexual orientation, becoming more secular, more addicted to AI tech gadgets, becoming pickier, faster job hopping and shorter term of relationships. Another book stated that big giants are moving mountains for little emperors — interpretations for the older generation are doing heavy workload, instead of younger generations. So, my current generations of those born in early 90’s to previous generations of 70’s may have a very small percentage of people with excellent listening skills. As Robert Greene stated on his book 33 Strategies Of War:The Intelligence Strategy," Blindness and narcissism like this are not so rare; we find them everyday. Our natural tendency is to see other people as mere reflection of our desires and values." This is completely true. Narcissistic study sample: e Ecclesiastical Changes Fast forward to early 21st century— the significant decline in new clergy potential candidates in ecclesiastical charities will reflect the smaller percentage of marriage rate. Smaller units of parishes in the future will be creative and miniature sizes across different regions. The future of smaller percentage of committed long term relationships, marriages and parish clergy will become more noticeable in the following decades ahead. To illustrate from different perspective, as Shane Claiborne and Jim Wallis has stated on The Irresistible Revolution: "Bigger is better, so we hear. We live in a world that wants things larger and larger. We want to supersize our fries, sodas, SUVs, and church buildings.Cities build bigger stadiums and conventions want to draw the biggest crowds. Amid all the supersizing. I want to make a modest suggestion. Our goal should be not to get larger and larger but to get smaller and smaller." This concept can apply beyond ecclesiastical charities, as universal broad of spectrum in human interactions and development on earth. For instance, in the 70's to 90's , marriages were celebrated with large families, as many people were cohabiting. In the early 21st century, there has been smaller cohesive family units, leading to smaller percentage of committed long term relationships. Instead of believing the world is the romantic fantasy of a film and wonderful utopia; everyone is experiencing a sense of disenchantment. As we are ushering into a new wave of AI automation and cyborgs. Future of Church of England plays a pivotal moments in changes from decline in weddings, fewer funerals, fewer clergy members and some churches are clinging at the precipice of cliff edge. Most people want to believe the future will be rosy and full of success with positive outcomes and no pitfalls. Robert Greene argued, “ Remember: the gods are merciless with those who fly too high on the wings of grandiosity, and they will make you pay the price.” Some people would inflate the success rate with hyperbole; in terms of statistics and figures. It's like the financial crisis of Lehman Brothers in 2008; prior to the downfall; Richard "Dick" Severin Fuld J would let ego cloud his judgement; believing the success rate will be consistent. Existence alone had never been enough for him; he had always wanted more. Perhaps it was only from the force of his desires that he had regarded himself as a man to whom more was permitted than to others- Fyoder Dostoyevsky, Crime and Punishment. However, a lot of churches are experiencing an underlying crisis, which is overlooked with photo glimpse of happy faces and hyperbole statements. I have attended Deanery Committee meetings with mission action plan— stating some congregations are experiencing growth but most are static or in decline. Perhaps society is becoming extremely secular and liberal in terms of lifestyle choices and arrangements; eclipsing previous generations with more conservative values. Therefore, innovations and creativity will emerge in smaller amount of active churches and parishes in the future. It's extremely challenging to recant a bombarded Utopian and optimistic outlook; without being cynical on realising the future of ecclesiastical charities is at stake. There is a lot of Deanery Committee members, that are afraid to reveal an underlying crisis; with true statistics; as the Bishops, Church Commissioners and treasurers at the main headquarters would want to shut down some churches, that are performing badly in key mission plans. Hence, statistics and figures are manipulating to cloak pitfalls and present a more glittering and glowing mission statements. It’s becoming difficult to distinguish which churches is struggling the most in fulfilling missions and is reaching critical moments of shutting down.
