I was also in charge of creating content and maintaining the social media accounts for Norman Magazine. As part of the production of Norman Magazine, I took editorial photographs and attended local social gatherings to capture images of people. As the lead, and only designer, for Norman Magazine and Norman Business Journal magazine I worked within set deadlines. I communicated with writers and organized their incoming content for the various publications under my position. GRAPHIC DESIGNER / PHOTOGRAPHER • BOLD MULTIMEDIA — As a graphic designer for this marketing firm, I completed designs assigned to me by management for various clients they served under set deadlines. I also executed photo shoots as needed for projects. SOCIAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE • OEC FIBER — In my role on the marketing team for OEC Fiber, I was responsible for supporting marketing efforts with graphic design and photography for the different projects. I was also responsible for tracking different metrics to determine the success of marketing campaigns. I was responsible for keeping track of multiple projects at once to ensure adequate support to different departments within the company are supported with internal documents such as training materials as well as support documents to aid in subscriber assistance. I worked collaboratively with a team to create all materials. I was also tasked, with another teammate, to track and analyze SEO for our marketing digital presence. PRINT AND DIGITAL DESIGNER • OKLAHOMA CONTEMPORARY ARTS CENTER — I am responsible for designing materials both for print and digital use for internal and external communications from the Marketing Team. Along with design duties, I am also responsible for building emails and managing the email calendar. GRAPHIC DESIGNER / PHOTOGRAPHER • THE NORMAN TRANSCRIPT — I was responsible for designing pages of the newspaper on deadline for this seven-day-a-week publication. I also helped improve the design of the special Sunday sections implementing changes that were maintained after I was promoted. I was also responsible for taking photos for news stories, events and projects as needed alongside the house photographer.
