LAREDO COUNTRY CLUB Dear Laredo Country Club Members: Summer is here and we are excited and dedicated to making our club a second home for our families. At Laredo Country Club, our staff’s goal is to provide a positive environment, be courteous, respectful and to make our member’s, spouse’s and children’s visit a memorable one. We’re excited to announce the many changes we’ve implemented this summer in an effort to better serve you and allow your family the opportunity to enjoy the club more this summer. The following courtesies have been added to show our commitment to our membe rs and their families to enjoy for the months of June & July: • An “Order Here & Pick Up Order” Walk Up Window has been installed inside and outside of the Poolside Bar & Grille in order to better serve you. All service in the Poolside family restaurant as well as the Pool will be available via Walk Up Window o Poolside Bar & Grille ▪ Poolside Bar Hours: Tuesday - Sunday 7:00 A.M. - 10 P.M. ▪ Poolside Kitchen Hours: Tuesday - Friday 1:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. & Saturday – Sunday 11:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M. • Added seatin g inside the Poolside Bar & Grille and Patio to accommodate more climate - controlled space for the juniors. • Extended Summer Hours for the following sports departments : o Tennis & Pickleball Courts ▪ Will be available for court reservations now until 10:00 P.M. on Sunday afternoons. o Swimming Pool ▪ Seasonal Pool Hours: Tuesday – Sunday 7:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M. ▪ Seasonal LIFEGUARD Hours: Tuesday – Sunday 11:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M. • Extended curfew hours for children: o 1 0 P.M. SHARP on Fridays and Saturdays. o Curfew Tuesday through Thursday & Sun day will remain at 9 P.M. SHARP. Mine Dominguez, whom many of you may know from the Welcome Center, is now the Campus Aide for our club. She will be around to assist and hel p the families during their visits and to ensure that the rules are being followed. Mine is very familiar with many of the families, please assist her in helping your children in having a great experience while visiting the club. Please be reminded, th e parents are responsible for his/ her child and their guest. If any member, dependent and/or guest, does not abide by the rules stated above and those in the Junior Policy, the member will be fined for each violation, may be suspended and may also be ask ed to appear before the Board of Governors. With full respect of our club facilities, staff and members, we ask that you adhere to the established regulations to continue sharing our club’s values and vision to the members and families . This letter will also serve as a notice, should any of these rules, to include the Junior Policy (attached below), be violated and you are contacted by the Club about your child , suspension and a fine will occur on the FIRST occurrence . These rules include but are not limited to: • EVERYONE needs to enter through the main entrance. o Children are not allowed to trespass and enter through the golf course, driving range, parking lot, through the homes, etc. • All guests need to register at the Welcome Center. o If a membe r is bringing in a guest, the member MUST inform the Welcome Center attendant. • All bikes, scooters, skateboards or any device of that nature, needs to be parked in the designated area and may not be used on premise. • Children 1 1 and under must be supervis ed by a parent and may not be loitering • Due to the summer season, management has extended curfew to 10 P.M. SHARP on Fridays and Saturdays. Curfew Tuesday through Thursday & Sunday will remain at 9 P.M. SHARP.
