The boot has inserts in polymeric material, as follows: - shin insert/padding: grey foam, white non-woven, black foam, black plate and grey foam coupled together, inserted in the upper; - rear joint insert: white foam material coated with grey retro-reflective polymeric material (OT-RFL.001); - internal and external ankle insert/padding: black disc coupled with two layers of different density grey foam material, inserted in the upper; Technical Standard: EN 13634:2017 Protective footwear for motorcycle riders – Requirements and test methods Intended use: use by motorcyclists for off-road activities, mainly for MX, Enduro. NOTE: The Technical Standard provides 2 performance levels with level 2 meaning higher performances. Marking: printed on a label stitched on the inner lining and displaying the following mandatory information: - CE Marking; - Trademark of the Manufacturer (= BELA); - Identification name of the PPE item; - Legal Name + complete address of the Manufacturer; - pictogram indicating motorcycling use + nr / year of the Standard of reference + levels of performance reached during laboratory tests; - the “i in the booklet” pictogram inviting the user to read the User Manual; - size of the footwear (EUR); - (example of) date of production (month – year). NOTE: the Technical File contains a more detailed description of the PPE (material, method of assembly, photographs or drawings), performance data, safety functions and level of protection, elements of conformity to the basic and supplementary requirements.
