So the first thing on our agenda is the prosecution of war funders and war makers for crimes against humanity under natural law. Often done not in the past. We the people only look at the politicians and the soldiers, the military aspect of it, but never the makers themselves, the planners, the investors and everyone else who profited from death during wars. I went to my fridge today to take out a bag of oranges and in it, there was two oranges that were rotting. So I didn't just move all the oranges to another bag. I removed the two oranges that were rotting because they were the root causes, not the bag they were in. So when we remove the instigators of war, then we remove the root cause of words. I also greatly appreciate the energy that we come from in removing the war funders and war makers. It is one of restoration. And as outlined in number four of the high level analysis, number four restoration over vengeance, the decree is not punitive in the conventional sense. Sentences emphasize restitution of wealth to harm people, people's ecological restoration by those responsible for destruction, truth telling and disclosure of hidden networks, permanent removal from influence over sovereign peoples. This reflects natural laws, principle of balance and restoration, contrasting sharply with man-made systems that rely on prisons, wars or cycles of retaliation. And it just said, don't on me, when I saw the word, every time I saw the word equal side, I went like equal side. I've never heard that word before. And it's only, I believe, in a royal decree that we can finally experience the elimination of this tragedy. This is comprehensive in that it targets not just the visible actors, but the hidden structures behind them. And Heruel Majesty mentioned the man-made courts are corrupted and that under natural law forbids war and condemns those who funds and profits from death. I also wanted to point out that back in March 24, there's been some wonderful circle of friends. And Heruel Majesty mentions, I do not negotiate with a barrel of a gun, I negotiate in peace. And now that natural law is rolling out and we have the brilliance of these royal decrees, there's actually a framework and education to we the people at the integrated aspect of this, as it acknowledges the manipulation, the censorship and deception, which are essential components, as mentioned in the Royal Decree of Sustaining War. By the corporate government coming in out as they wish and then creating wars and chaos in the people's countries. Now we are suffering. Now we have to stand up and say enough, it's enough. Because of we are in the process where we are saying we are on the process of peace, not of wars. Whatever we are doing is to build peace more than there was. Now peace is very key. It's our golden arm. And then when people understand that there are the silver to understand, to be the light to others. There is no need to fight each other. It's no need to test the police against you. Now in that instance, we are living in fear of these guns and who don't know who's supplying these people around the communities. That means it's a war against the weak people. But people don't have guns, don't have bullets. Now we become now vulnerable to these people who are holding guns being supported with these mechanisms. Hello, and audience such as watching. This is for the members here, certainly a welcome resource for the world, but it is not a surprise because we've been studying with her royal majesty and we're aware of the root causes. What is challenging is it's a big pill to swallow for the general public that is not yet aware, that it's still under the trance of the illusion that is propagated by the media, the politicians and the institutions that many have been trained to trust. I know it's been said by the other members, but I think it's worth reinforcing is the fact that this royal decree clearly exposes the puppeteers, the profiteers and the architects of all war. And for those that are sort of uninitiated, why would they also buy war? That's the first step is to get your head around is why would they do this and how long have they been doing this? All our lives, multigenerations, very, very long time. For control to extract wealth, extract lands and to oppress dissent, oppress the truth from coming out and to punish those countries that do not fall in line with the bankers or the puppeteers and their strategies for global enslavement. So this is huge because it looks like the Wizard of Oz were pulling back the curtain to expose who's really been in control here. And that's already been spoken up and I encourage everyone that's watching to read this royal decree very, very closely and carefully because all the crimes have been outlined and the punishment has been outlined. It's not punishment, the consequence and the restoration of balance has been outlined. And what I find very important in all of this is the public, the requirement of a public confirmation of disclosure about the truth. What have they done and why did they do it? This is very important to bring down this final, the media, the propaganda machine to expose the extent of the propaganda and lives that humanity has all of Earth has been exposed to. But once it's seen it, you can't unsee it and it needs to be eradicated as the royal majesty stated in this royal decree, there is a spiritual and moral duty. War is not only a political crime and that's what people tend to focus on is the surface level, the politics and this one and that one and there's a lot of distractions and sort of dead end prails that you can go down which is used to exhaust us and make us frustrated and get us angry at the surface level. But it is to quote, war is not only a political crime but a spiritual violation against creation. As custodian of Earth and humanity, it is my duty referring to the royal majesty, these are her words, the royal majesty's words, to protect not only the lives of the present but also the inheritance of future generations. But this is a monumental moment of history forward and backward to unravel this false illusion of deception. I thank you, your royal majesty, for this royal decree, not only going after the war funders but the war makers and exposing the structures that are behind it, the structures that many of us didn't recognize and especially here in the western world where we were manipulated by entities like the media, which are a few components to the war makers because they suppress peaceful means and they guide people into believing that it's the only way to preserve themselves, thinking that they're preserving their way of life over another who is there to destroy them and it's not the case, it's all about manipulation and getting the support of the people and that's what they do. But this royal decree is not about punishment, it's about restoration and about giving those who have been in this, in this, in this, I would say, business, an opportunity to step away and to restore themselves and to be able to repent. So as it was already previously stated, her royal majesty does not lead through the barrel of a gun but the peace and this is an opportunity for those who have war funded and war made and lied to the people to come forward now and to seek penance by telling the truth. We are in natural law and that's what it's about, telling the truth even when it's hard and doing the right thing. And so I think of the western world, I think about how America over the decades, how many wars have America been a part Page 4 - 9/1/2025 Circle of Friends of, how many wars have families sent their children off to, you know, veterans coming back and how they had had to deal with the repercussions of everything these globalists' elites have done at the expense of the people for their own wealth, not just the bankers obviously making their money, but the media personnel and this role, the creek, is everyone an opportunity to do the right thing. And so I would ask them to consider what that means to themselves, for themselves, to follow what resonates and if it's that time for them to wake up to the reality that they are either going to hang on to a fallen system or try to rejoin the living and claim some kind of peace with what they have done. I offer them that opportunity myself just as a living free human being, but I thank you your oil majesty because that's what this royal decree does. Thank you very much. Didulo: You're welcome. So I want to be the third person to also say that according to this royal decree, for the prosecution of the war funders and war makers, that it's not about punishment. It's not about revenge. And according to the high level rationale, war attacks and is a direct affront to creation. And according to the high level rationale, by framing war as a spiritual aspect, it's a spiritual aspect that addresses war being a crime against creation. And in the royal decree, it calls war a sin against creation. And when you frame it as such, it puts into perspective that your royal majesty is the living crown and it positions her symbolically as the custodian of earth and humanity. And as the royal decree says, it positions the living crown, your royal majesty, Queen Romani Didulo the first as the protector of peace and enforcer of justice. And as already said earlier, natural law seeks repentance and restitution and compensation, which means for those who have caused the harm, it means seizure of all their assets. And by repenting, amnesty is available to these people. And it can only be given by her royal majesty, the queen, at the level at the highest natural law court in the world, which is the royal natural law court. And the decree says that they can talk with the queen. The queen, as she was reading it said, they can talk with the queen and they can get mercy and amnesty from her. And the queen is the only one who can grant this amnesty. And also the royal decree says that this is a spiritual proclamation declaring that war is no longer tolerated on earth. So we are living in amazing times and we thank you, your royal majesty, that we're talking about this, that this is our first topic, the cessation of war. This is amazing that we are alive to talk about this. And I thank you, your royal majesty, for this spiritual proclamation to end war, the way that you have written it out. One who builds a business on death and destruction and then makes a profit from this misery, cannot be an animated being. I'm watching what's happening in Ukraine. In certain areas, small children are already being trimmed for war. They learn slogans against the enemy they don't know but are supposed to hate. This is pure brainwashing. In this way, the offspring, which will later go to war, are red. But even the parents who believe that one must defend one's fatherlands and who are proud when their child goes to war, seem to be completely blinded. I believe that everyone who goes to war and survives, it comes home with a badly rounded soul. And the question is what happens energetically in this whole region in which there has been war. We don't punish, but we seek a solution. And one of the ways to advance peace on earth is to neutralize these war mongers. So thank you, your Royal Majesty. Didulo: You're welcome. According to the Royal Rationale for this decree on war funders and war makers, number four specifically says ending the war economy. This is one thing that people around the world needs to recognize that war is on economy. The war industry, it's an industry by itself has been the greatest source of human suffering, ecological devastation and economic enslavement. This reconstruction contracts and that cycles ensures endless profits for a few while billions suffer. This decreed this mantles to war economy, redirecting stolen wealth and resources towards healing, rebuilding and peace. Remember also, this is number two, root causes or cause of war. Wars are not born of people's will, but are orchestrated, planned. As if it were a business plan, they plan which country to start war, they plan how many missiles to produce, how many firearms to produce, how many military personnel to deploy, how many ships to build, how many F-16, F-35 to build, etc. That is the industry. That's what has sustained war. It's a business plan that has been intricately executed worldwide. Your politicians and military were only the front. It has always been about profit. And natural law mandates, natural law grants every being the inherent right to life, peace and sovereignty. War is direct opposite of natural law as it destroys life, enslaves people and profits from death. And number three, I didn't read the entire list there, but number three, protection of sovereign people. Foreign beings did not consent to being forced into wars, taxed for wars or used as pawns in geopolitical games. This decree safeguards the sovereign rights of all peoples, ensuring they are no longer enslaved through bloodshed, debt and propaganda. Wars are not born of people, sir, but are orchestrated by hidden financiers, banking cartels and secret power structure for profit from destruction. Many of you are asking now, how come no one ever told us this before? The answer is simple, because those in the 3D world were the ones that orchestrated destruction, therefore none from the 3D world thinking was able to inform you, to tell you of why war was continuing. They gave you the theatrics, the Japanese Kabuki theater. Every politician you put there hoping that maybe this one will put an end to war instead, they created war in another country and funded more wars and killed more people. I said before, you cannot fix a problem with the same mind that created the problem to begin with. And you add to that greed and ego from the human perspective, it is very easy for many majority of your leaders in the previous timeline to have been manipulated, bribed and corrupted. Greed ego and the hunger for power and influence. Nothing to do with you, but it had everything to do with themselves. This is why war was never ended. Now you know. With that, let us go to, I think we have everyone participant. Is there anyone here at the table would like to make a comment before we go to the next topic? This will be the first generation and all generations unto infinity that will never experience war. Thank you so much for that. Didulo: You're welcome. So when you look at human sufferings, you think back in how many wars, how did your taxes start after 1913? The excuse was you needed to be taxed so that you could repay for war expenses. Right? Right. So human sufferings, ecological devastation. Of course, when you drop bombs and missiles at any particular area, what do you think that does to the animals there, the soil there, the water there, the earth, the air? That's eco-side. And economic enslavement, they had to tax the we the people so that they could repay the expenses on wars. That's economic enslavement. Meanwhile, the decision was made amongst the select few or whose families, profited from wars. To them it was a game whose military had the best weapon, whose military was the best train. Meanwhile a country, for example, in Iraq, the country of Iraq was devastated based on and distracted or destroyed based on false narrative. What happened to Iraq? What did they do? They killed how many? How many children were killed in Iraq? The economy destroyed. The country destroyed. The artifacts destroyed. People's lives destroyed. People's livelihood destroyed. Meanwhile you had the select few who profited and the select few more received medals decorated in Iraq. So next time you look at select few in uniform, ask how did you earn that medal? How many people did you kill? How many people suffered as a result of that medal? I'm not saying all, but majority, to have those medals hanging on their shirts. The number of stars they have on their lapel here, on their shoulders or some here on the neck. Page 6 - 9/1/2025 Circle of Friends When you start looking at it from the different angle, you begin to see how war continued and how they made intentionally the people to suffer. Finally go back to 1913 where the excuse was they needed to tax you because of the war expenses to repay. Meanwhile the whole thing was planned and orchestrated by the select few who profited from it. So ending the war economy. That's what this royal decree was all about. With that let's go to the next topic please. Anyone else would like to say the last word before, okay? Sorry, put that back up, your excellency. Alright, next one is the proclamation on the liberation and release of MedBeds healing technologies. There are select few who of course would not have wanted this royal decree and the proclamation simply because they are profiting from it and they are benefiting from the people suffering. When you look at the royal decree that I have issued, it has to do with making sure that with the people's lives are preserved and remove the medical enslavement forced upon the people. By having limited access and many had no access to MedBeds but even limited access to pharmaceutical, I can't call it a solution because it didn't fix anything. It was mainly maintaining and prolonging. So as I said many will dislike this royal decree because they are profiting from it and they would like as always those who start with good intention end up with making sure their pockets are filled with money first before actually helping others. So the MedBeds, you can expect that many, I said especially those who were profiting and extracting money whether membership or use of MedBeds will not like this royal decree because that means their profiteering ends and the people having access to the MedBeds. Who would like to start us on the liberation and deployment of MedBeds and then defunding of universal healthcare insurance and the redirection of all healthcare insurance funding and subsidies to MedBed healing systems. This is a very welcome royal decree as they all are but this one in particular because as you just mentioned, it destroys the business plans of the medical establishment and pharmaceutical industry. So again, illness is a profit, is a business and for business you need repeat customers, you need growth for any business plan. So that being said, for those watching who are not clear about what the MedBeds are because there's a lot of disinformation, I'm reading from the high level analysis. What are MedBeds? MedBeds are advanced healing technologies capable of regenerating tissues and organs, repairing DNA, reversing cellular aging and eliminating diseases noninvasively. When openly deployed, we won't say, yeah, we will say when openly deployed, they will end humanity's dependence on pharmaceuticals, on insurance, which is another enslavement and chronic medical interventions. This has existed and has been available to only the elite secret holders to extend life, to repair and restore health. Meanwhile, humanity has been left in the cold. Humanity has been kept in a primitive state. When we talk about devolution, we are in a non-natural, regressed, technological environment system. That's what we've been living in. We think it's normal and we think it's progressing and there's maybe a new cure for something, all fear, all control. This end is so significant because it ends that whole system of suffering and control and shortens life spans so that we can't pass on our wisdom. We don't live long enough to gain the wisdom. So this is fabulous for the new, for the children, as well as our living beings now. The basis for this action, for this royal decree is based as all royal decrees are on the highest law, natural law. The natural law foundation is that healing is a birthright. To withhold medbeds is a violation of the principle to do no harm. Like war, the medbeds are, like war, withholding medbeds is a crime against life itself, against creation itself. And natural law protects the right to life, liberty, health, and freedom. So this royal decree removes us from the profiteering and the suffering and enslavement of millions and millions of souls. It also calls for accountability or suppression. And this will all happen through the natural law courts that the royal majesty has established is establishing. And it prevents the manipulation of scarcity of false healing, false hope, two millions. It marks the beginning of a new era, while quoting, while humanity rises from sickness enslavement into health, abundance, and poverty. It's this deliberate suppression that is going to be the most painful. But that will be followed with the joy of knowing that there is restoration of health and there is justice and there is peace being restored through justice for all. And the medbeds are available, will be available to all without pre-empatent, free of control, free of charge, forever and ever. So I'll let the other speak. Thank you so much. So significant. The medbeds oppression was not just the pharmaceutical industries and the insurance companies, but to also the politicians and the 3D constructs of everything that was going on that were transitioning from, to keep people off their base, to keep people from thinking critically, from being able to speak against the tyranny and to keep us in a fog, to keep us subdued. And naturally, the pharmaceutical companies and the insurance companies benefited from not having medbeds available to us. And they all did. They all did to their degree, to continue their suppression and oppression of the people and to continue their suffering among the people. And to have this royal decree, it ends all that suffering, all that deliberate death on the people, the commodification of our suffering and our sickness. And the irony of us having lived in the 3D construct where we believed that these pharmaceutical industries, these doctors that are paid by these insurance companies and medical boards that are all commodifying off of our sickness. And we were there to believe that they were there for our well-being. And we're waking up to all of that. And we saw it. Many, many people woke up from the COVID-19 and the vaccines and all that. That's just one small piece to it. And this is continuing on from decades, centuries with the suffering of the people. But with this royal decree, it eliminates all of that. And healing is the natural right of every living free sovereign being. And we've now entered an age where there will be no sickness. And that's what this royal decree does.
