We've been a couple since 2009 and have been happily married since 2015. We genuinely love our time together and are grateful to find ways that we can collaborate. Justen owns Smoky Row Tattoo and has been professionally tattooing for over 5 years. He has a passion for American Traditional Tattoos and designs that have history behind them. He's been awarded for his work in both Traditional-style as well as his color, and has been recognized as one of the Top 5 Best Tattoo Shops in Arkansas. Amber runs a Boudoir and Maternity studio and has been shooting portraits professionally for over 12 years. She loves timeless images and specializes in photos that resemble classic paintings. She has been awarded a "Best Photographer" in Arkansas title three times since the summer of 2020. We dreamed up a date night that we would love for ourselves, and are excited to offer this all- inclusive experience to you! Date Night Package | Page 3 Date Night Package | Page 4 SMOKY ROW TATTOO Your date night starts at Smoky Row Tattoo - a private body art studio in the heart of Downtown Russellville. Justen loves to make sure his clients are comfortable and creates a cozy, relaxing atmosphere for you to get your first or fiftieth tattoo. You and your date can choose which design you'd both like to get from the current Standard or Upgrade Flash sheet, and then hang out in the studio and get your permanent souvenir! Amber is an award-winning photographer and will guide you through easy and comfortable poses that will ensure you look your best. We generally shoot our date night photos on a simple, solid-color background; often white, gray, or navy, although we do have other colors. If the weather is nice, we can also shoot outdoors right outside of our building with Downtown Russellville as a backdrop. Because we usually do the tattoos first, we will have time to take a look at your outfit choices and personalize the set based on that. Date Night Package | Page 6 DRESSING FOR YOUR PHOTOS What you wear for your photos has a huge impact on how well they turn out. But no need to stress, this simple guide will help you pick out a perfect outfit that not only reflects who you are but also compliments the scenery of where you’ll be shooting! When planning your outfits for your date night session, make sure you choose something that reflects who you are along with your true style! Don’t feel pressured to dress a certain way just because you feel like you have to! You’ll feel more confident in something that you know you love— which then reflects in your vibe throughout your shoot. The best rule of thumb is to stick to neutrals. That means wearing solid colors (not neons) and sticking with clothing that doesn’t have any crazy patterns or logos. A good go to is lighter colors such as whites, beiges, and pastel colors. All black outfits can work as well, as we can select from darker or lighter solid backgrounds. That being said, if you LOVE a bright orange or mustard yellow sweater, or have a floral dress that makes you feel amazing, go for it! The welcoming, intimate atmosphere is a perfect date location, and we always have an excellent experience when we visit. Date Night Package | Page 11 FAQ Date Night appointments can start anywhere from 3pm to 6pm and can last from 2 hrs (Standard) to 3 hrs (Upgrade) total. We encourage starting earlier, especially for the Upgrade package, to ensure getting to the restaurant before close. Tattoo designs and Gift Card options are non- exchangeable. Amber will choose the best 5 or 10 photos from your session to edit and include in your package. If you wish to make this choice yourself, a viewing session can be arranged for a fee. Hair and makeup services as well as our studio closet (for boudoir and maternity) are not included in this offer. Be mindful of your tattoo placement and the possibility of ink or blood getting on any clothing near the tattoo area. If you'd like to bring a change of clothes to wear after your tattoo for your photo session, we have a large bathroom available for changing. Non-romantic (Best Friends) dates are welcome to book this service, and we welcome ALL couples, including LGBTQIA+. 18 and older, only. Please, no children in the studios. There's so much to explore in Downtown Russellville! The area is truly full of hidden gems just waiting to be discovered, and they're just waiting for you to find them! Justen and I are big fans of a simple walk downtown; taking in the 100+ year-old architecture, stopping to read the historical plaques and learn the surprising and colorful history of our town, and enjoying all of the work put into the streets and buildings by several people is so satisfying. There are hidden parks, rotating art displays, and just a ton to walk around and see. There are always new businesses, places to browse or grab a drink, and so much more. We love Dog Ear Books, a charming local bookstore with a friendly atmosphere. Retro Roasts, our personal coffee spot, now resides in the space where Amber Lane's first downtown studio was. Elite Hair Salon is a great place to get a quick trim or a whole new look before you come visit us! The Garage Arcade is a fun 80's-style gaming place, complete with some of classic nostalgic games as well as new favorites.
