Twitch AMA 01 Reuben Coppa introduction: • Intimate.io focused on cryptocurrency and adult industry • Issues that the adult industry faces are safe payments, trust and reputation – cryptocurrency is a solution to these issues. • Intimate had a great use case, community and industry relationships, however, they ended up not fulfilling their mission because cryptocurrency was not easily accessible to consumers. • Reuben Coppa is on board as a strategic advisor who will assist the team and guide them down the direction they need to go in the adult industry. • Title for now is advisor, but heavily involved going forward. Jeremy introduction: • Head of the legal team, field of expertise is IT law, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. Graduate of Oxford University. • Wants to discuss the regulatory aspect of PornRocket. • Wants to discuss what his involvement will be with PR and why he chose this project; says that they share the same vision and understand how this project will be revolutionary to the adult space. What is the Intimate acquisition? Is it related to a UK entity? • Launched in Malta (the holding entity is there), this is the entity that has all their IP related to the payment gateway, the brand itself, word press integration, etc. • UK entity was dissolved in January 2021. Regarding the dev team: • There is a stigma associated with working in/with the adult industry – some people are comfortable with talking about it while some are not. • Reuben stated that it took him months to gather the courage to discuss with friends and family regarding the industry he worked with. • 20 members of the core team working full-time on this project. • We need to look at all that the devs have brought into fruition to date, they have done everything they said they would do. App: • Q3 release for full launch • Acquisition provides access to a fair bit of IP regarding crypto transaction, the timelines have been condensed slightly, but with PR and intimate coming together, the process to fully launch the application has sped up. • They’ve been able to improve the functionality they’re going to be able to bring forward in a timely manner. • App is working, information from beta testing is being integrated, etc. Ux design. • Product focused AMA coming up soon! Branding and renaming: • Pros and cons to a name like PornRocket; obvious and striking, attracts a lot of attention. • Some might not be able to get behind it because of the name. • The name can make it difficult for a lot of websites to advertise PR simply due to having “porn” in the name. Some might not take it seriously. • On-going plan in terms of how they may co-brand or work with different language and names to get more exposure in places they couldn't get them, it’s something they’re considering and obviously getting feedback from the community simultaneously. • Overall, there are restrictions with the name porn and something needs to be done regarding that at some point. Marketing: • Marketing collaborations are important early on – they have some big collaborations coming on that are in depth that are deeply integrated with the product and roadmap as a whole. • In the early days, it’s important to get attention, it’s important to get the name out there. They want to make some noise and reach an audience that will stimulate some conversation. More exposure. This should help advance//accelerate the journey for the more substantial partnerships heading our way! • There is a timeline and they have released some previews of the interactions that are soon to launch. • Focusing on product, but it’s important to get the balance between product and marketing. • They are in a stronger position right now than Reuben was with intimate -- they were able to gather a decent amount of funding during the pre-sale, but afterwards the public sale fell flat. They ended up having invested a large amount, but not being left with a budget to pull through and keep moving forward the way they intended. • That is no where near an issue here, most of the funding is self-funding as well as partnerships with major investors. They haven’t even touched the marketing wallet yet, and they have most definitely NOT misallocated the funding needed to further develop this project. • In it for the long run, have a solid budget and plan for getting substance out there and not just leveraging short term strategies. Jeremy: • Few months ago, the devs approached him. He told them in order for this project to succeed, the devs would need to invest serious resources into compliance. If you don’t have the institutional framework to support the business, any app/business can go down the drain. This is what differs here with PR – the devs came to Jeremy with the idea of building one of the best functioning adult content sharing platform. Because OnlyFans is going mainstream, this allows for more space for other platforms to fill up. • Aiming to take up this space. No fees to content creators – this app makes revenue through secondary streams such as premium subscriptions and paid advertising. A lot of resources were invested into PR. • When the app is launched, there will be a full ecosystem and institutional framework with all regulatory requirements to have a new adult industry ecosystem. • Everything is committed to as “best practices”, they are following what the best players are doing out there with incorporation, tax structure, etc. Only Fans and Porn Hub have a lot of regulatory compliance issues – they’re looking at these problems and making adjustments how they need to in order to not face these same issues once the app launches. They are ahead of the curve. • More technical discussions regarding the app coming in another AMA. • Working on elaborate solutions on how identity verification (who is using the platform, both as a creator and member), crypto payments, on-boarding, how crypto payments are going to facilitate zero fees, etc. Crypto to fiat and vice versa. Thoughts on OnlyFans moving away from the adult industry? It can become a difficult industry to deal with, so sometimes businesses that have built enough revenue within this industry will stem in a different direction. How long will it take PornRocket to be a bigger player in the adult industry? • We have 50k+ holders within a month, and the app hasn’t even launched yet. • PR has an incredibly attractive revenue model in comparison to other projects and institutions within the adult industry. • Major partnerships. How do you get to the market of those not involved in the cryptocurrency space? • Going to utilize the mainstream markets through their expansive network. • Advertisers, affiliates, extensive network to utilize toolsets and third parties to get the exposure they need. • Huge network of sites with affiliates
