Recipients/processors The technical implementation of the survey is carried out by Bolt Insights Limited as a processor. Bolt does not have access to the personal data of participating employees. 5. Type of processing / personal reference The data collected as part of the employee survey may be temporarily assigned to individual employees. Once the personal evaluation has been completed, the data will be anonymised and processed exclusively in anonymised form. 6. Storage period Personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the personal evaluation of the employee survey and will then be deleted or anonymised. 7. Voluntary participation and revocation Participation in the employee survey is voluntary. Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
