BUSINESS : FLAMINGO MOBILE SOLUTIONS (0305168-K: Dissolved) Date: 06/ 04/ 2020 Performance Assessment & Indicator of Poor Conducts This report is to hereby, acknowledge the performance evaluation of Azman Faris Bin Azlan - as the Marketing Executive and (Former) Business Partner of then Flamingo Mobile Solutions. As Lead Business Stakeholder of our former venture, Paying Employer to the Part Employee, it is with great disappointment that I, Zainal Azrul Bin Zainal write this evaluation that covers not only on intentional gross misconduct, insubordination but point out on the dubious & heinous conducts of Employee which violated Business Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct forms, with Breach of Trust. While I prefer to write an encouraging evaluation, however it is with such regret the Employee’s delinquency, lack of conscience tremendously overweigh his merits. • In ‘14: Misled the Lead Owner/ Employer onto a false enterprising partnership. • Plagiarized the business plan materials and exploited it as his own. This is an act of Conflict of Interest, which has coincided with the business’s linear objective. • Directly responsible for many difficulties faced during a government project by not being present, in duty throughout the planning, mobilization & development phases. The clear project abandonment extent as deliberate negligence from the Employee, resulting business to incur unnecessary losses in time and finance (RM 8,500), upon a preliminary pay (RM 800) into his bank account – Malayan Banking Berhad, to begin. • Slandered Employer’s professional good name around some project clients as the mean to sabotage the accounts, including misrepresentation of character on basis of formal credibility out of unwarranted malice and obvious intent to harm. • Harassment, abuse, discrimination and workplace bullying occurred on his toxic behavior despite non-presence of related qualifications or worthy competency. • Committed crime of larceny through the unconsented keep of a business property worth (RM 1,528) which was conditionally provided to him toward running his duties. • In ‘16: Inconsiderately ignored to comply on reconcile attempts, to amend breaches. • In ‘17: Continuously harass, attack the former Employer no longer involved with him. Toh Paduka lndera Assembly of Laksamana Raja Mahkota, Dewan Negara Negeri forwarding this matter within the judiciary exercises of Federal Court of Malaysia for Claims: In pursuing a stern lawsuit against Azman Faris Bin Azlan following his scam, unprofessionalism which has verily injured the business with his allegations in effort to taint the reputation of our Party.
