This instruction will introduce you the common sense and maintenance methods of the electric scooter . Please read the manual ve ry care fully after purchasing this product, to understand the performance, characteristics, precautions and maintenance knowledge of the scooter , and give full play to the advantages of the electric scooter to ensure the safe driving in optimal driving conditions Please read this manual v e ry carefully and follow the procedures or instructions. Backw a rd 3. Brake parking : when parking on r amps or with cargo on front and rear carrier, Please use parking brak e to prevent slipping or dumping. 4. Key A. When the key is in ON , power on , d o not take off the key and turn off the power while driving B. When the key is in OFF , turn off the power and tak e off the key. C. When the key is in OFF , then press down , c ounter cloc kwise rotation can lock the vehicle stem 5. The power supply of the whole vehicle can be controlled by double controlled air switch T he below right photo is the condition of power off D ouble controlled air switch can be used for double batter y. The black switch on the double controlled air switch can control the battery with black plug (right battery showed on the below left photo ). T he blue switch on the double controlled ai r switch can control the battery with blue mark plug (left battery sh owed on the below left photo ). Every vehicle equips with one battery, second battery is optional. Two battery work separately 6. Charging alarm: speedometer have power display, the l eft photo is the 100% p ower SOP, the middle photo is 20 % SOP, B attery should be charged when have such display to protect the battery and extend the life . The ri ght photo is the battery running out. Caution: when the battery is runn ing out, vehicle will be cut - off compulsory and battery will be damag ed seriously. Caution: For more details of battery, please read the attached li - ion battery user manual carefully. 7. Instruction (1) Precautions for use A. Please observe the traffic rules and control the driving speed within the safe speed. (Note : the safe speed of this vehicle is not more than 2 5 Km / H ) B. Be familiar with the contents of this manual before you drive. Then, find an open field for training to fully master the driving principle of the vehicle and familiar with its construction, this is s afe drivin g (2) I nstruction for driver A. Warning : Please drive at a safe speed to avoid accidental personal and vehicle damage B. Warning : Do not lend it to, or allow unfamiliar and unskilled drivers to use. For maintenance, overhaul and service, every vehicle produced by the company has i ts frame number and motor numbe r to help the distribut or to provide good service. The frame number is imprinted on the lower part of the front box of the vehicle. The motor number is imprinted on the motor outer end cover. B. The load should not be too heavy When loading and not loading, t he handle bar has a different sense of manipulation E xcessive load, the handle bar is easy to vibrate, very dangerous. The vehicle is only can be used for 1 person. The back carrier can load less than 70Kgs, the front carrier can load less than 35 kgs The more heavy the load, the greater the risk C. Do not put cotton or other items next to the motor D. Do not load any cargo except on front and rear carrier to prevent accidents E. Check brakes, power off and fasteners before driving F. When washing the vehicle, do not directly splash water on the brake drum, motor , front and rear axles to prevent t he influent water affects performance and life. Do not use steam or high pressure water pipes when washing the vehicle 8. Maintenance (1) Vehicle maintenance A. When using for about one month, please check if the bolts or nuts at the ke y joints are loose if any, please tighten in time B. Please keep the disc brakes clean If it is too dirty, the brake effect will be reduced or the brakes will have abnormal noise If you need to replac e the relevant parts, please go to the professional ma intenance point for troubleshooting (2) Battery charging and maintenance : Refer to Li - ion battery user manual (3) Charger use and maintenance A. Must use the o riginal charger B. The charger should be placed in a ve ntilated environment, and it is strictly forbidden to be in a confined space or in hot sun and high temperature environment. D o not put the charger in the saddle or tail box C. When charging, first insert the battery, then connect to the power ; after full c harging , cut off the power , then pull the battery plug D. When the green light is on, the power should be cut off in time. It is forbidden to connect the charger to AC power for a long time without charging. E. During the charging process, if the indicator ligh t is abnormal, the smell is abnormal, or the charger i s overheated, stop immediately F. During the use and storage of the charger, pay attention to avoid foreign body entering, especially water or other liquid, so as not to cause short circuit inside the cha rger G. Do not disassemble or replace the device inside t he charger H. K eep it in a safe place that children cannot touch I. It is strictly forbidden to start using without full charge, otherwise it will affect the battery life J. Do not cover anything with the charg er while charging K. please use it in a dry, well ventil ated environment (4) Motor and controller use and maintenance A. Check the screws on both ends of the motor regularly for looseness. B. Regularly check the motor wiring and the insulation of the casing. C. Check the controller wiring regularly for looseness D. Check the f uses regularly for looseness. 9. Inspection and repair (1) In order to extend the service life and have safe and comfortabl e driv ing , please check and maintain it regularly. (2) Regular inspection should also be carried out when the vehicle is stopped for a long tim e.
