Didulo: Thank you, your Excellency Darlene Ondi. This part of the proceedings before we start. The claimant has requested that the case be tried with judges and not jury or juries. There will be seven judges assigned one preciding judge and all other judges, co judges. The first one, so we have 21, the name of 21 judges here in case you were wondering what the Queen is holding. These are the names of the judges that we have just or who have just taken the oath and I will pull seven names of the 21 judges. The first one I pull is the presiding judge. So none of the judges knew who among them will be serving as presiding judge today and who among the 21 will be chosen as one of the seven for today's court hearing. Okay, so the first one ready. The date of occurrence, Divina domusa 25, 0, 0, 3, 5, July 18, 2025. The respondents are Brad Miller, Richmound Saskatchewan. Arlene Miller, Richmound Saskatchewan. Dimitri Patrick Petrakos, Leader Saskatchewan. Don Killo, Leader Saskatchewan. Kathy Bullock. Richmound Saskatchewan. Dustin Cowan, McLaren Lake Saskatchewan. A black Ford truck pulled up in front of my property at parcel C block plan 102 359 088, Richmound Saskatchewan. My guests at the property notified me that the person in the black truck got out of the truck. Came to the fence and yelled at them. You tampered with our water and it's bad you guys. So somebody come and talk to me. Let us know if you tampered with it. That was an accusation. He then got back into his truck and drove down Highway 371 and turned around. Came back again and stopped at the fence and yelled. Who wants to talk? I'll get all of you. Then pulled out a cell phone and started to film my guests while yelling show me your face. My guests had recorded the incidents on their cell phones. After reviewing the recordings from my guest cell phones. Evidence one video a I have identified the male subject in the black Ford truck. As Brad Miller from Richmound Saskatchewan. And here is a video. Evidence one. [Plays video - not transcribed] Manz: This would have been the opportunity for Brad Miller to provide a written order requiring the owner or occupant of the land building or structure to which the contraventions relates to remedy the contraventions as stated in section 364. Number one of the municipalities act instead of yelling at my guests through the fence. On July 18, 2025 at approximately 0 8 5 6 hours. Brad Miller came to my property at parcel C block plan. 10235 9 0 8 8 highway 371. I was outside at the near the front entrance and near my vehicle when I heard my name being called. Brad Miller was on the other side of the fence walking towards me shouting Rick. Can you talk nicely? I turn to see Brad Miller leaning on the fence with both hands. On the top rail two white vehicles a great truck in front of the fire hydrant with three orange vested workers and a black truck in front of my property. I approached the fence where Brad Miller was standing and heard him say Rick you have breached our water system and now we have to boil water. I replied what. How would I do that? Brad Miller said by contaminating the water I replied I never did that. Don Killo was now standing to the right of Brad Miller with his hands inside his protective vest and an intimidation stance. At approximately 8 0 8 5 8 hours his excellency Glenn Jancke pulled up in the truck to video record the interaction with myself and Brad Miller. At the time Dimitri Petrecos and Arlene Miller approached the fence from the right of me the east side. I notified Brad Miller that he does not have my consent or authority to access my private property and that he did not give me written notice. Brad Miller now calls Arlene Miller over to me and introduces her as the water manager. Arlene Miller says you contaminated our water supply and I have to do a boil advisory now. I said how did I do that? Arlene Miller said tampering with the water supply. I said I've never touched the water supply. Arlene Miller said we need to check the curb stop. I've lost audio. I cannot hear Rick Manz or anyone in the courtroom. Manz: Can you hear me now? Page 7 - 8/4/2025 Natural Law Court Case, Act I Witt: Yes, I can. Manz: I'm not done my claim yet. Thank you. May I continue? Witt: Please proceed. Manz: On approximately 0900 hours, Brad Miller and Arlene Miller started walking east along the fence towards the manhole and Brad Miller says, we're going to charge you for water. He stops approximately 24 feet from the front gate and tries to pull the top pin from my fence panel. I told him not to touch the fence. Dimitri Petrakos. and Don Killo came to me and Dimitri Petrakos tells me if you assault him, you are under arrest. I said he's touching my property. And this will be a video for. Brad Miller walks east to the next fence panel and tries to take out the top pin of my fence again. I said stop touching my property. You're trespassing. Miller says I'm not. It's not trespassing. I said yes it is. Miller said, you know it's simple. If you let me. I said I'm not letting you in here at all. Miller said you're tampering with private property. I said I never touched anything. You're not coming on to this property. Miller said all right. If you want to play this game and he takes out bolt cutters from Arlene Miller. I said you're not coming on this property. Don Killo says Rick you're going to be arrested. Okay. I said fine. That's fine. But what for? Killo said for interfering with the city official. He can't come on to my private property. He has the authority says Killo. I said give me the paperwork. Killo said there is no paperwork required. In 365 of the Saskatchewan Municipalities Act. Miller keeps trying to cut the wire on the top of the fence and I keep pushing the cutters away. I said who are you protecting? Me or him? Killo says they have the authority to come on to your property. I said they are not coming on to this property and they do not have the authority. At approximately 0903 hours Killo lifted the property line rope marker before the fence with Brad Miller's help. So Demetri and him could get under. Demetri grabs hold of the fence and jumps over onto the property and yells move and pushes me four times with open hands in the chest trying to knock me over. This is evidence 5 video E. This is the time I would like to read the municipalities Act 364 and 365. 365 is what Killo was saying to me that they had the right to enter my property without written order. 365 is simply a person may appeal an order made to pursuant to section 364 within 15 days of the date of the order. This whole page 365 relates to an appeal. Nothing to do with entering to the property.
