Governor Murphy has announced allowing 10% indoor capacity at sporting events starting March 1. In conjunction with this announcement, we will begin hosting fans for New Jersey Devils home games beginning on Tuesday, March 2. Prudential Center will operate at 10% capacity until further notice. Will I have access to purchasing tickets for the 2020-21 NHL Season? Premium Partners and Members of the Black and Red will have access to Arena Bowl tickets this season before the general public. Due to arena capacity being set at 10%, tickets are extremely limited, not guaranteed, and all seats are available on a first come, first served basis based. All Premium Partners will have access to the first priority window for purchasing tickets in the arena bowl and in select premium areas . Premium Partners will receive detailed information via email prior to priority on-sale. When do tickets go on sale for Premium Partners & Black and Red Members for the 2020-21 NHL Season? • Thursday, February 25 starting at 10:00 AM ET > Premium Partners & Black and Red Members • Friday, February 26 at 11:00 AM ET > All remaining tickets will go on-sale to the public Will I have to purchase the same number of seats as I have in my season ticket plan? What is a neighborhood and with whom can I sit with? All patrons will have the ability to purchase up to two seating blocks, identified as “neighborhoods,” per game. Neighborhoods are available in blocks of two (2) and four (4) seats. Each neighborhood is socially distanced at least six feet from each other. Fans will be able to attend with only those who they currently live with – defined as a “household.” As a Premium Partner, will I be able to purchase my seats ( Suite / Platinum Seats / Loge Box / Loft Table / Loft Club Seats) for the 2020-21 NHL Season? Due to enhanced safety measures, NHL facility standards and limited capacity, all traditional seating sections will not be available for purchase. All available arena bowl seat locations will automatically populate on the Ticketmaster seating chart during your priority purchase window. Premium inventory is limited by available upon request. In accordance with safety recommendations and regulations by the State of New Jersey, the seating map for Devils games will be different than our traditional seating map. Due to enhanced safety measures, NHL facility standards and limited capacity, all traditional seating sections will not be available for purchase. • Suites o Select & limited Suites will be available for Premium Partners to request / purchase. For the safety of everyone attending Prudential Center, fans are asked to only sit with those from their immediate household and ticket resale is prohibited. To maintain “neighborhood” integrity, ticket transferring has been disabled for the 2020-21 NHL season. Do I need to use a specific entrance or time to enter the games this season? For the 2020-21 season all guests will be assigned a specific time and entrance that they must use to enter the building. • Guests with tickets in a Premium Location (Suites or The Lofts) will be permitted to enter through the Ford Tower entrance 30 minutes prior to puck drop through puck drop. • Guest with tickets in even numbered sections will be permitted to enter the building from 60 minutes prior to puck drop through 30 minutes prior to puck drop. • Guests with tickets in odd numbered sections will be permitted to enter the building from 30minutes prior to puck drop through puck drop. If you miss your time slot your entry to the building will be at the discretion of the Guest Services team to ensure social distancing policies are followed. Does my entire party need to arrive at the same time? Yes, since ticket forwarding has been turned off for the season the entire party must arrive together and be scanned in at the same time. What can I park and How can I pay? Mobile ticket options are available for parking near Prudential Center at prucenter.com/parking and ticketmaster.com Do I still have to follow the social distancing protocols if I’ve been vaccinated? Yes, to ensure everyone the safety of all of our guests and team members anyone who has been vaccinated will still be required to adhere to all health and safety procedures. What are the new safety protocols for Devils home games during the 2020-21 NHL Season at Prudential Center? Your safety is our #1 priority, the Devils and Prudential Center have partnered with local health organizations including utilizing RWJBarnabas Health to implement protocols that will ensure you have a safe visit to Prudential Center including: • Mobile ticketing to ensure a contactless entry • Temperature checks of all guests entering the building • Mask wearing at all times (except while actively eating or drinking in your assigned seat) • Hand sanitizer dispensing stations readily available • Staggered entry and exit process to enhance social distancing • A “no bag” policy to reduce contact upon your entrance • 6’ socially distanced seating “neighborhoods” • Contactless payment options throughout the arena • Additional Guest Services Members who are specifically trained to ensure compliance for our fans regarding all health and safety protocols • Fans can order concessions items via their mobile device, with individually wrapped, single-serve menu options available for contactless pickup in sealed bags. If you are experiencing any symptoms, have been considered a close contact or have any concerns and unable to attend a game that you have purchased tickets for, please contact your Premium Service Representative or email premiummemberhsip@prucenter.com to request a refund. What will the health screening process look like when I arrive? During the security screening process a Prudential Center Team Member will use a contactless infrared temperature scanner to check everyone’s temperature. If a guest has a temperature that registers over 100.4 they will be permitted to “cool off” outside for 5 minutes before being rescreened. If the temperature remains above 100.4 they will not be permitted to enter and will be offered a refund. Are masks required for all guests? While inside Prudential Center, the Parking Deck presented by Ford or on the sidewalks surrounding the arena, all guests above the age of 2 will be required to wear a cloth mask that covers the mouth and nose at all times. Gaiters, bandanas and coverings with exhalation valves or vents are prohibited, and the use of a face shield does not eliminate the requirement to wear a face covering underneath. When actively eating or drinking in assigned seating locations guests may temporarily lower their mask. How will travel inside Prudential Center be different? To encourage social distancing, all elevators at Prudential Center will be reserved for guests with ADA needs. Elevators will have a maximum capacity of four (4) guests, and everyone must be a member of the same household to ride together Will the Puck in Play policy be enforced this season? To avoid gatherings in aisles and at the top of sections, Prudential Center is implementing a temporary suspension of the “Puck in Play” Policy Will traditional “all-inclusive” seating locations still include food and non-alcoholic beverages in 2020-21? In an effort to provide a safe and seamless experience at Prudential Center, no seat locations in Prudential Center will be “all-inclusive” at this time. Will concession stands be open during the 2020-21 NHL Season? Yes, fans will have access to concession options at Prudential Center. Yes, the New Jersey Devils stores will be open this season. Are bags permitted inside Prudential Center this season? Bags are not permitted inside of Prudential Center. The only exceptions are soft sided clutches/purses/wallets under 4” x 7” that do not have a shoulder strap or chain attached, and medical or childcare bags under 12” x “16” x 6”. Patrons with exceptions should enter at the Ford Tower or the Lafayette Street entrance and expect to have their bags X-Rayed Bags that do not meet these exceptions must be returned to the guest’s vehicle or stored in a Prudential Center supplied locker at the guest’s expense. Lockers are located outside the Ford Tower and the Lafayette St. Entrances. What will happen to my tickets if a game in the 2020-21 NHL Season is postponed or cancelled? In the event that a Devils game in the 2020-21 NHL Season is postponed, your ticket(s) will be valid for the rescheduled game. In the event that a game in the 2020-21 NHL Season is cancelled, your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded. What if I still have more questions?
