That the set of players who were not supposed to play were all from the team of Minerva Academy for the previous year . The said coach had also represented the said club [Minerva Academy ] earlier and had given the advantage to the players who was suppose to be on the reserve bench for to such day by showing favoritism to his old club and by giving opportunities players to play in "first XI " was against the decision of the club for the day's match. However our club had cheaply won the said match but their display on the field were not appreciated owing to the combination on technical issues. With such situation the management found reasons to call for substantial and reasonable clarification on selection of Accused No.1 in deviation to the decision of Management and other Coach and in contravention to the decision of the management of the club to which the said accused No.1 sharply reacted and ran evasive naming the accused No.2, thereafter threatening the club officials of the dire consequences flexing his influence to Ranjit Bajaj who has been his club authority while he was with Minerva Academy, with such wild situation the club management decidec to terminate the service of the alic ph m u t Sas accused No.1 and informed its regulators i.e. AIFF. i Snet ile That the immediate effect was issuing termination letter to the accused No. 1, which the said accused No.1 got infuriated and continued to following showcase his high abilities etc. That It was further reported to us by many of our fan clubs members that the said accused person no. 1 has passed information of the "Playing XI" to the outsiders which was has highly offensive.
