If you don’t have your meals planned out in advance for the day, and you don’t have the meals prepped if you aren’t able to cook them fresh which most people can’t due to work etc, and you don’t even know what time you are going to eat those meals. The chances of you sticking to your plan and fitting all of your macros in are small. If you want to successfully make progress week after week with your diet in the direction you are intending whether it is fat loss or muscle gain. You must stay on top of the planning and organisation of it. Figure out which food’s you need to buy, which meals you are going to make and have it all ready in advance so you aren’t just winging it and trying to grab things from vending machines and shops, that is a guaranteed way to fall off of your plan, and if you don’t stick to the plan, you won’t get results and you are either going to either over or under eat. When we set macros for the week its important to hit those macro’s consistently every single day so when we do make adjustments, they are effective. This is probably going to the hardest challenge for most people when you aren’t used to being organised in this fashion, but do not sabotage everything you are trying to work for not because you aren’t capable, but because you lacked preparation. Having a job and being busy is not an excuse for not doing this, if you want to do this, and you want results, make the commitment and make the time don’t make excuses!!!
