Contest Period : 27th September 2022 (Tues) to 17th October 2022 (Monday) (Late submissions are strictly not accepted) Registration Method : 1. Complete the registration form and submit together with your artwork and registration fee to the person in charge within the contest period. 2. Participants who are not living in Batu Pahat area have to courier your artwork to the Organizer, postage has to bear on your own cost. The organizer will not bear any responsible if the artwork gets damaged or lost during delivery. Person in Charge : Zhen Rong (010-6630477) or Potter Ka (017-7468876) Registration Fee : Free of Charge Contestants Age : MUST be born between 01/01/2009 and 15/11/2011. Prizes : Champion – RM120 Cash Prize + a trophy + a certificate of participation 1st runner up – RM80 Cash Prize + a trophy + a certificate of participation 2nd runner up – RM50 Cash Prize + a trophy + a certificate of participation All participants will receive a certificate of participation. Additional Rewards : The winner’s artwork will be recommended by Leo-Lions Club of BP United to compete their artwork in District 308-B1 level with other area winners and winner has the opportunity to win the cash prize up to RM500. The winner of District level will also represented our District to compete in international level. Requirement : a. Artwork must be no smaller than 33cm by 50 cm, no larger than 50cm by 60cm. b. All kind of coloring materials are accepted. Note: chalk, charcoal and pastel entries should be sealed with a fixative spray to prevent smearing. Do not laminate the artwork. c. 3D artwork is not accepted. Nothing may be glued, stapled or attached to the artwork in any way. Artist signatures or initials should be written on the back of the poster. The use of lettering or numbering on the front of the poster, in any language, is not allowed. d. Only one entry per student per year, and each entry must be the work of only one student. All artwork must be individual student’s original creation. Duplications are not accepted. e. If the artwork has been discovered any duplicates or completed by others, organizer has the right to disqualify the artwork without any notice. Judges : Professionals who have experiences in art and design. Judging Criteria : Artwork : 100% Results Announcement: 24th October 2022 (Monday) Remarks : All the decisions made by judges will treat it as final. Participants have to strictly comply the rules and regulations provided by the organizer. All complaints will not be entertained.
