The best vines are selected to produce this premium vintage. Brief fermentation and a macera- tion that produces a delicate pale pink colour. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: 100 % Chardonnay Beautiful pale and shiny yellow robe. This Chardonnay offers a very aromatic nose with exotic fruits (pineapple) and citrus fruits (lemon pie). Fat and fresh, this well- balanced wine has a good length in mouth. Night harvest during the first 15 days of September. Skin macera- tion from 6 to 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature. WINEMAKING PROCESS: To be served very fresh (9°C). It can be appreciated as an aperitif, with light plates such as starters, fine fishes and soft cheeses. SOMMELIER ADVICE: LES GRAINS CHARDONNAY IGP MÉDITERRANÉE - RHONE VALLEY ATC WINE MERCHANTS Sweet Dry Sweet Dry PRIVATE GALLERY WHITE IGP MÉDITERRANÉE - RHONE VALLEY This wine is made from grapes selected from Luberon at an altitude between 300 and 500m. The produc- tion of the wines focuses on bringing out their aromatic intensity and freshness on the top of consistently appealing bodies. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Viognier Crystalline and pale yellow robe with brilliant nuances. The nose is intense and fruity with dominant apricot and pear flavours. In mouth, fruit flavours melted with exotic notes are emphasized by a beautiful round structure. The grapes are harvested during the night : early September for the chardonnay and mid-Sep- tember for the viognier. For each grape variety, skin contact mac- eration during 6 to 12 hours at low temperatures to reveat the complexity of their aromas and give fatness. Alcoholic fermenta- tion done at 14°C – 16°C, then ageing on the fine lees. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Best served chilled between 10°C and 12°C. A perfect aperitif and match with all fish dishes, vegeta- ble terrines, goat cheese, or Med- iterranean dishe. To drink within two years. Grenache blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne GIẢI THƯỞNG: The colour is straw-yellow with silver reflects. The nose express- es floral and fruity aromas with white flowers overtone (haw- thorn, acacia) completed by yellow peaches. Wood is slightly percepted and well integrated. The mouth is developed on a well-balanced texture leading to wood and honey flavours. The whole set is dashing on fat balanced with a good acidity. The final reveals roast and vanilla overtones. Harvest the first week of October of all the grape types, grape blending in the pressing. 60% of the blend is fermented in barrels, (30% of new barrels) and matured during 6 months. 40% of the blend is fermented in tank between 12°C and 14°C. Matur- ing on fine lees during 6 months and blending. WINEMAKING PROCESS: To be served at 12°C. This wine will ideally accompany a truffle omelette or spiny lobster. Wine for ageing to drink within 5 years. SOMMELIER ADVICE: GRAND MARRENON WHITE AOC LUBERON – RHONE VALLEY ATC WINE MERCHANTS Sweet Dry GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: Plots located on clayey ‐ calcareous or silty slopes. 100% Merlot The harvest is from early Septem- ber to mid‐September during the night. The 100% of grapes are pressured by pneuma ti c pres- sure. The only first juice is select- ed. The vinifica ti on is at low and the temperature is controlled. It’s an intense pink with cherry reflec ti ons. There is an aroma ti c pale tt e associated with red small fruits and mineral notes. The palate is voluptuous and the balance is between freshness and sweetness. A pleasant wine to drink in all occasion. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Best served between 8°C and 10°C, with assorted cooked meats or a Provencal salad. Syrah and Grenache noir GIẢI THƯỞNG: With its deep salmon-pink color, Petula offer a nos of little red berries, with a touch of stawerries and raspberries backed by soft spices. A sincere and expressive nose on the fruit and slightly crispy. The juicy and lively mouth makes this wine a rosé of charac- ter. It is characterized by its roundness, astronishing redcur- rant and mango notes. This wine combining power and freshness, is a rosé to be enjoyed with any meal. Night-haversted in late Septem- ber. Short skin maceration and soft pneumatic pressing. Alco- holic fermentation between 14°C and 16°C. Maturing on fine lees during 4 months. SOMMELIER ADVICE: PETULA AOC LUBERON ROSÉ – RHONE VALLEY Sweet Dry Sweet Dry This wine is made from grapes selected from Luberon at an altitude between 300 and 500m. The produc- tion of the wines focuses on bringing out their aromatic intensity and freshness on the top of consistently appealing bodies. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: 100% Pinot Noir On the nose, intense aromas of black cherry jam and roasted nuts. In the mouth, light tannic structure, very pleasant and smooth with an explosion of fresh berries. This wine offers a lot of freshness and elegance with a finish on ripe dark cherry. Harvest between mid-Septem- ber and the end of October. Traditionnal vinification, includ- ing short vatting (15 days). Soft extraction of the grape-pomace and short ageing (15% of the wine) in French oak barrels. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Best served between 15° and 16°C. This Pinot Noir will pair with any appetizer (Cured ham) as well as all kinds of meats. Best within 2 years. Ripe red fruit, Black currant and raspberry aromas. Very rond wine in mouth delivering a nice spicy note at the end. Grape are collected in early September. Traditional vinifica tion with low temperature (16°C - 18°C) Long maceration (20 days) WINEMAKING PROCESS: To be served at 16°C with grilled rib roast or cheese. Very expressive fruity nose (black- berries) with soft spices. The mouth is soft and full with red fruits aromas coming back in a global harmony. Grapes harvested between mid and late September. Full maturity picking. Long maceration, soft extraction between 22°C - 25°C. Free-run juice selected. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Best served between 16°C and 18°C. Will be a great companion for aperitif, exotic or Italian food. To be drink within two years. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: 100% Syrah Steady ruby robe. Vivid Nose of fruits (cherries) and spices. The mouth is forward, frank, on blackcurrant and soft spices with a luscious body. Grapes night-harvested between mid-September and late Septem- ber. Cold maceration before fermentation for 2 days. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (18°C-22°C). Free - run juice selected only. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Best served between 16°C and 18°C. You will enjoy it for aperitif, a strong cheese or a Mediterrane- an cook. To be drunk within 2 years. Distinguished and elegant, these unique wines are guaranteed to surprise and charm even the most experienced consumers. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: Syrah, Grenache noir A nice and intense violin-ruby red robe which is typical of a strong concentration. The nose is expressive, fruity and very pleas- ing with ripe/jammy fruits and blond tobacco notes. In mouth, sweet attack with dominant fresh fruits. Nice amplitude thanks to intense aromas, kept up with concentrated tannins which are well structured and integrated, not aggressive at all. A rich and silky unit. Grapes harvested late Septem- ber, completely de-stemmed (not crushed). Long Vatting for 3 to 5 weeks according to the plots. The ageing is done in French oak barrels. 30% of new barrels, 70% of 1 year old barrels. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Best served at 18°C, and put in decanter 3 hours before tasting. Great companion for a beef rib or game. Wine for ageing to drink within 10 years. The produc- tion of the wines focuses on bringing out their aromatic intensity and freshness on the top of consistently appealing bodies. 80% Syrah, 20% Grenache noir GIẢI THƯỞNG: Deep ruby color. The nose is intense, with a dominant black- currant. In mouth, Grenache brings richness and balance. The final is long and fruity with silky tannins. Grapes harvested end of September. Cold temperature soaking of the grapes prior to fermentation for 4 days, followed by an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (20°C – 22°C) to get the maximum extrac- tion of fruit aromas. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Best served a little fresh, between 14 and 16°C. To drink within 4 years. A great match for your favourite meats, game, cheeses and especially lamb brochettes with fried eggplants. SOMMELIER ADVICE: PRIVATE GALLERY RED AOC LUBERON – RHONE VALLEY Sweet Dry Sweet Dry GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: “Les Combes” (“coombs” in French) shape the Southern slope of the Luberon massif. The Syrah and Grenache grapes growing on these parcels can fully and generously ripen and thus present a subtle balance between richness and delicacy. 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache The nose is bright, expressive with red fruits and scrubland charming notes and some subtle spices appear. On the palate, this wine is defined by black and red berries which gives freshy aromas. This cuvée is powerful with so ft tannins. The final is full of balsamic notes and a lovely smoked perfume. The harvest is done at the end of September. The harvest is totally destemmed and not crushed. It's made by plot selec ti on. Each plot is me ti culously studied in order to make the harvest at the best ti me of the grape's maturity. There are 2 years of ageing in French oak barrels. WINEMAKING PROCESS: This cuvée is lovely with a rib steak or with a Provencal Stew. This wine has to be decanted and has a nice ageingti poten ti al (up to 10 years) SOMMELIER ADVICE: “Le roc” (rock in French comes from Syrah parcels, located at the foot of one of our most beautiful villages of the northern Luberon massif. The North ‐ East exposure of these parcels, their cool climate and their slow and late ripeness give to this wine a vibrant freshness and great liveliness, along with a rich and fine oakiness. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: 100% Syrah The nose is pure. Some Morello cherry notes mix with a very smooth and delicate smoked aromas. The mouth is bright with an aroma ti c purity in the back- ground. The wine is well balanced and defined by the cherry. The tannins are structured, smooth, but present, in order to add com- plexity to this cuvée. The length is full of subtle cacao aromas. The harvest is done at the end of September made by plot selec- tion. Each plot is me ti culously studied in order to make the harvest at the best ti me of the grape's maturity. The harvest is totally destemmed and not crushed. The ageing last 2 years in French oak barrels. WINEMAKING PROCESS: This wine has an amazing pairing with cold cut or a choc- olate cake. STÉPHANE OGIER SYRAH IGP (DCR) CÔTES DU RHÔNE For 7 generations, the Ogier family has cultivated the land of Ampuis to offer us what they do best with mag nificent Syrahs. After studying oenology in Burgundy, Stephane Ogier came back with a knowledge which allows him to hoist his wines among the most beautiful in France. Full-bodied and filled with cherry fruit, barely contained by supple tannins on the lingering finish. flavors of kirsch, fresh black or white cherries, jammy strawber- ries, black raspberries, spice, black pepper, cherry griotte, plums and fresh herbs. Small production, only 7 ha. Old vines and low yield. Hand harvest and berries’s selection. Maturing 10 months in concrete vat. Good ageing potential : 5 to 8 years. Grenache works well with a diverse array of food. Grenache pairs perfectly with grilled, stewed and braised meats like beef, veal, pork, chicken and of course game. Grenache holds up well to hearty dishes like cassou- let and it’s a good match for less spicy styles of Asian cooking. Sweet Dry Sweet Dry 60% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 5 % Mourvèdre. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: 70 % Grenache noir, 10% Carignan 10 % Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah GIẢI THƯỞNG: This wine offer lots of berry fruit on the palate, with notes of coffee, spice, and game. With the Grenache dominant gives aromas of small red fruits and violets that age into licorice, pepper and spice. The grapes are manually picked and carefully sorted. The harvest is destemmed, lightly crushed and put into cement vats. Alco- holic fermentation starts due to natural yeasts. All 3 grape varie- ties are vinified together, with the exception of Syrah, which ripens earlier. The grapes are macerated for 20 days at a temperature of 25°C.Free run juice is pumped over the must every 4 days. The wine is assembled in January following the vintage and matured in cement vats on fine lees. Bottling takes place after approxi- mately 18 months. WINEMAKING PROCESS: This red wine can be paired with any type of meat, grilled, roasted, braised or stewed. SOMMELIER ADVICE: DOMAINE DE TRAPADIS CUVEE TRADITION ATC WINE MERCHANTS The vineyard is cultivated without herbicides, chemical fertilizers or synthetic products. Small amounts of copper and sulphur are utilised in addition to fertilizers derived from animal and vegetal compost. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: 80 % Grenache noir, 10 % Carignan, 10 % Mourvèdre GIẢI THƯỞNG: This wine has garnet red color with some brown hues. Full body and spicy mouth. Red fruits charateristics. The tannins are soft. Long and elegant finish. Old vines : 60 years old Hand harvest. The grapes are pressed just before the end of the alcoholic fermentation. The wine is matured in cement vats on fine lees for 20 months. WINEMAKING PROCESS: This red wine can be paired with any type of meat, grilled, roasted, braised or stewed. Beef, pork, game, duck, lamb, sausage, veal and Asian dishes. SOMMELIER ADVICE: The vineyard is cultivated without herbicides, chemical fertilizers or synthetic products. The soil is ploughed by horse three times a year to preserve the natural balance and to avoid erosion and compres- sion of the soil. The yield is controlled by pruning the vines short, debudding twice a year and by omitting grapes from the young vines. DOMAINE DE TRAPADIS LES ADRÈS RASTEAU – RHONE VALLEY RASTEAU – RHONE VALLEY Sweet Dry Sweet Dry Selection of the most qualitative terroir Blend of “Hautes Garrigues” (red clay gravel) and “Pendants” (blue and yellow marl). Each terroir brings its originality. The “Gar- rigues”, finesse and minerality. The “Pendants”, the power and depth. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault Deep purple color and intense aromatics. Despite its concentra- tion, this wine posesses exquisite balance, between dark cherry and raspberry fruit, garrigue and herbal & candied floral compo- nents. Fine, very well rounded tannins make for a velvety texture with a long, satisfying finish. Hand harvest. Grapes not destemed, crushed and followed by a long infusion (1 month) Ageing in concrete vat to keep the purity and delicacy of the wine. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Lamb, Cep risotto, Duck with olives, strong cheeses, Chicken tajine, Pot au feu beef and vegeta- ble stew, chocolate cake. SOMMELIER ADVICE: GIẢI THƯỞNG: DOMAINE D’OUREA VACQUEYRAS – RHONE VALLEY GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: Domaine du Gour de Chaulé was established at the begining of the last century where it was split between the production of olives and vines. As the years progressed it became more focussed on wine- making and from the 1970s onwards the estate has been bottling and selling its own wines. 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah 10% Mourvèdre GIẢI THƯỞNG: A deep almost black colour, this Gigondas offers an exceptionally concentrated nose of wild herbs, black olives and black fruits. It is rich and mouthfilling, with amaz- ing weight of fruit on the palate and balanced by soft rounded tannins. Notes of blackcurrant, plum and pepper linger on the palate creating an exceptionally long finish. Production levels generally aver- age 30 to 32 hectoliters per hectare. The grapes are harvest- ed manually and are never destemmed. There is a three week cuvaison. Maturing in French oak barrel during 18 months. WINEMAKING PROCESS: Best served: Between 16 and 18°C. Grilled meats, Serve with duck, lamb and beef. SOMMELIER ADVICE: DOMAINE DU GOUR DE CHAULÉ GIGONDAS – RHONE VALLEY Sweet Dry Sweet Dry GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache GIẢI THƯỞNG: Very open and highly aromatic on the nose, reminiscent of a piece of fresh fruit, with some fine smoky elements adding to the aromas of ripe black fruits – blackberries, blackcurrants and bilberries. This is a balanced, ripe and silky wine, but the minerality of the terroir and the fruit itself shine through, making it amazingly drinkable. Although the tannins are clearly present, they combine beautifully with the fruit on the palate. Unfiltered wine. Grapes destemmed, vatted by gravity, juice extracted gently through “pigeages.” Naturally occurring yeast and low sulphiting. Grenache is maturing in concrete vat and Syrah is maturing in aok barrels during 12 months. GRAPE VARIETY: TASTING NOTES: Founded in 2004, this vintage profits of new plantings of Syrah, the most opulent and facing south to reach advanced maturities. Aniane is a magical terroir in Hérault, North of Montpellier.
