8 Albert Road Belvedere Kent DA17 5LJ 07834 586 370 STORAGE / FREEZING / REHEATING GUIDE Thank you very much for your order – your pie & mash has been made & cooked fresh this morning so will be hot & ready for you to enjoy. However if you would prefer to enjoy your meal later please follow our suggestions as below: REHEATING GUIDELINES Traditional Mince Beef Pies Pre-heat the oven to 180 ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4. Place pies on a baking tray and cover with foil. This stops the pie tops from burning. Place in the centre of your oven for 5 minutes. Remove the foil and return to the oven for around 5 minutes ensuring the pies are piping hot. Allow the pie to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving. Mash Potato Place the mash in a microwavable container. Lightly break up the mash with a fork and cover. Microwave for 5-6 minutes until hot. Stir half way through and avoid over heating. For best results, fluff up the potato regularly during cooking time. Liquor / Gravy Fresh/thawed liquor – cold liquor may 'set' or become jelly like, this is perfectly normal and it will retain its correct consistency once warmed. Pour the liquor into a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes on a moderate heat. Stir while heating and do not allow to boil as this will impair the flavour. If required, add small amounts of boiling water to thin the liquor down during heating. FREEZING All of our products are made fresh and our pies, mash & Liquor can be frozen if required however we do not recommend freezing eels. Please allow our products to fully cool before freezing. We recommend that frozen products should be defrosted in a refrigerator and only reheated when they are thoroughly thawed. REFRIGERATING All of our products should be cooled and refrigerated on the day of purchase and consumed within 48 hours. Please follow our reheating guidelines as above within this time frame. Please note that cooking results and times will vary according to your own equipment. Please ensure all food is thoroughly cooked before serving. If you have any questions please contact us on 07834 586 370.
