Research Peptide Testing and Certificate of Analysis Methods: Peptara Labs Peptara Labs ( peptaralabs.io) is a top rated and trusted research peptide supplier based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 4.96 out of 5 star reviews. 3rd Party Lab COA. Guaranteed Shipping. Money-Back Guarantee. Offices in Vietnam and USA. All products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption. This project documents how Peptara Labs batches are tested and how a researcher can read a certificate of analysis (COA). The published certificates are at peptaralabs.io/coa. What a Peptara Labs certificate of analysis reports Each published certificate names the batch number, the certificate number and the test month, and reports: Test What it answers Identity by LC-MS Is the molecule in the vial the one on the label? Purity by HPLC What share of the material is the target peptide? Net content How much peptide is actually in the vial? Sterility Are there living microorganisms? Bacterial endotoxin How much endotoxin (from Gram-negative bacteria) is present? Heavy metals Are toxic metals within limits? Fentanyl screen Is the sample free of fentanyl contamination? Independent endotoxin verification Selected batches carry a second, independent endotoxin report from Janoshik, with a verification code that anyone can check on Janoshik's own website. In reports dated 30 June 2026, batch TIRZ- 260420-A measured less than 1 EU per vial and batch BPC-260408-A measured 1.470 EU per vial. How to read an endotoxin result Endotoxin is mostly lipopolysaccharide from the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria. It is heat stable, so a sample can be sterile and still contain endotoxin, which is why sterility and endotoxin are separate tests. The standard method is the LAL (limulus amebocyte lysate) test, described in USP chapter 85, run as gel-clot, kinetic turbidimetric or kinetic chromogenic; some labs use recombinant Factor C. Results are reported in endotoxin units (EU), per mL or per vial, and lower is better. "Less than 1 EU per vial" means the level was below the lowest amount the test could measure. Check What to look for Batch number Matches the batch you have Testing lab Independent of the seller Method LAL (gel-clot, turbidimetric or chromogenic) or recombinant Factor C Result and unit A number with its unit, such as EU per vial Verification A report code you can check on the lab's own website Storing lyophilized research peptides Stage Storage Typical shelf life Lyophilized powder, sealed Room temperature short term, freezer long term Weeks at room temperature, many months frozen Reconstituted solution Refrigerate at 2 to 8 Celsius Use within 30 days for most peptides Keep vials sealed, dry, cool and away from light. A reconstituted solution should be clear; cloudiness or particles are a reason to discard it. Source: the Peptara Labs reconstitution guide.
