潮人 Search 2020 MODEL SEARCH 潮人居 35, Jalan Pengkalan Weld, 10300 Penang [email protected] 1 潮人 Search 2020 Terms & Conditions • Organizer owns or controls all rights in and to the competition. • Age from 16 – 40 years old may register for and participate in the competition. • No agents or assigns or anyone else professionally connected to the competition is permitted to enter the competition. • Only shortlisted candidates will be notified via e-mail or phone. • All shortlisted candidates will have to be able to attend all dates mentioned for audition and photo shoot session. Failure to do so will be charged with disqualification. • Organizer reserves the right to amend any of the rules, terms and conditions governing the competition by reasonable notification at any time during the competition, and will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of Organizer. Participation in the competition by the contestants constitutes acceptance of this agreement. How to Enter • To enter the competition, individuals must, during the registration period enter online: Entrant must go to https://www.facebook.com/Jetty35Search2020-115149676944377/ to download the application form and to submit required items via e-mail. • All entries must be submitted via e-mail ([email protected]) by 15 August 2020 at 11.59pm to be considered for the competition. One (1) entry per candidate. • Entries must include the following: • Completed application form • Two (2) photographs of candidate. Criteria for the photo requires: • One (1) full body shot • One (1) half body shot • File size of minimum 500KB and maximum 1MB * attach both photos in the e-mail 潮人居 35, Jalan Pengkalan Weld, 10300 Penang [email protected] 2 潮人 Search 2020 • All entries become the property of Organizer and will not be acknowledged or returned. False and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misinterpretation of age, shall render such entries ineligible. Finalists Selection • The selection/judging process for the Top 4 - 12 finalists will include the following: • Preliminary Round • All entries submitted will be filtered by our panel of judges • Incomplete entries will face disqualification • Selected 20 finalists will be contacted to attend an audition on 23 August 2020 • Audition (23 August 2020, Sunday) • Selected 20 finalists must attend an audition to face the panel of judges • Marks will be allocated and is being brought forward to the final round • 20 finalists are required to attend a photo shoot session (Simple) on 23 August 2020 • Photographs captured will be uploaded onto the web • Outcome of the photographs will contribute to the final round judging • Final (31 August 2020, Monday) • Final 4-12 will be crowned and receive a photo shoot as the official 潮人 Search 2020 • Final 4-12 will be paid by the organizer for the 潮人Search 2020 (refer to shooting package) • All decisions of the judges are final in all matters relating to this competition. • The finalists will be notified by email and/or telephone, using the contact details provided in their registration form. 潮人居 35, Jalan Pengkalan Weld, 10300 Penang [email protected] 3 潮人 Search 2020 • It is a condition of accepting the prize that the finalists agree to be interviewed and photographed at any time after finalists’ notification by Organizer for a story or feature on this competition to be developed and featured in Organizer Facebook page (or any other form of media it deems suitable). • Copyright in all material provided to and/or taken by Organizer remains with Organizer at all times. • Appearance in all events does not include transport to and from photo shoot, transfers, additional meals, spending money and all other ancillary costs. These are the responsibility of the finalists.
