Attached to this field is a professional growth of various professionals around the world. INSTABRIGHT PUBLICATION will be conducting the 2nd INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH CONFERENCE & PRESENTATION this March 5-7, 2020 in Tagaytay Country Hotel, Tagaytay City with the theme “Research and Innovations: Tools in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals”. The conference fee will cover the foods (lunch for day 2 and 3, AM and PM snacks for Day 2 and Day 3), certificate of presentation, certificate of publication, certificate of participation, training kit, and Book of Abstract). Send your abstract at https://tinyurl.com/2020IRCP 2. Once your research is accepted, you will be instructed to make a payment for the conference. 3. After payment, register at https://tinyurl.com/2020IRCPREG 4. We will send you a Certificate of Registration. Print it and show it to the Registration Committee on the conference date. 5. Be ready with your presentation. See you on the conference. Mechanics for Oral Presentation: 1. Prepare a 10 minute presentation of your research. There will be a PowerPoint template downloadable at https://tinyurl.com/IRCP2020PPTTEMPLATE 2. Slides must contain the following: Title, Author’s Name and Affiliation, Brief Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and References. 3. A Presenter may distribute brochures or pamphlets to interested participants. 4. Questions will be entertained after all the presenters have presented their researches. 5. There will be a BEST PRESENTER in each session hall / category. Mechanics for Poster Presentation 1. Prepare a tarpaulin (60 x 24 inches) portrait layout. The contents must be the Abstract, Introduction, Research Questions, Research Method, Results, Conclusions, and References. 2. A presenter will bring his/own standee for his tarpaulin. 3. A presenter will be given 5 minutes to discuss his study. 4. The presenter shall entertain other researchers with questions about his study. 5. The tarpaulin template is at https://tinyurl.com/2020TARPTEMPLATE 6. There will be 5 Best Poster Presenters to be chosen. Mechanics for Virtual Presentation 1. Prepare a 5 – 7 minute Video Presentation of your research paper. It must be saved in MP4 file, saved in CD. The presenter must have a backup file saved in a USB Flash Drive. 2. The video must give emphasis on the following: Title, Author’s Name and Affiliation, Brief Introduction, Goals, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and References. 3. The presenter may add Engagement Slides and use relevant sounds. 4. You may watch sample virtual presentations on youtube in order to make a good virtual presentation. 5. The video file must be submitted to the Registration Committee during the Registration on the First Day or/and Second Day. 6. Questions will be entertained after all the presenters have presented their researches. 7. There will be 2 Best Presenters in each Session Hall/ Category.
