Application The following informations are required before this application can be processed:- a) Duly completed application form 2. Payment a. Please note that there will be NO NOTICE/REMINDERS for season parking payments/renewals. The Management and MCST 3748 reserve the right to terminate any season parking by giving ONE month notice. b. All purchased passes are based on calendar month i.e. Quarterly 1st April or Date of Activation – 30th June and NOT 4th April – 3rd July. c. 3 WORKING DAYS’ NOTICE with all required form(s), fees and deposit submission is required before activation of season parking and collection of decal. d. The season parking application is to be renewed on a quarterly basis. Please note that receiving of the renewal fees on a quarterly basis does not imply a guarantee of the season parking arrangement. e. All purchases are non-refundable. f. If the season parking fee is not paid by the stipulated due date, the season parking arrangement shall be deemed to be terminated with effect from the first day of the month for which the fee is not paid. Hourly parking fees shall be charged and no refund of such fee will be made if the season parking arrangement had expired and is allowed to be renewed subsequently. 3. Usage a) Any change of vehicle under the arrangement shall be reviewed and approved at the Management’s discretion. b) Applicants are only allowed to park at designated levels of their respective pass purchased. Gold Pass Access to L2 Yellow Pass Access to L3 & L4 Blue Pass Access to L5, L6 & L7 c) The season parking arrangement shall be revoked immediately if any season holder is found to have parked his vehicle on unauthorized places, damage car park equipment or has been found to engage in illegal acts within the car park or any breach of the term(s) and condition(s) of this application. In such event, the season parking fee paid for any unused period of the current month will not be refunded. d) The car park has a height limit of 2.2 metres. Commercial vehicles are not allowed. e) Repair or servicing of cars, recreation, storage or repair works by the car owner is not permitted in the car park or anywhere in the common area. DISCLAIMER a) Every vehicle parked in One Shenton is entirely at its owner’s or driver’s risk. The Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to any vehicle, or the fittings or contents of any vehicle, moving in and out of, or parked in the car park. b) The terms and conditions herein may be changed or deleted or new conditions added without prior notice.
