Property Management Property Management Property management is the daily oversight of properties. Generally, property managers take responsibility for day-to-day repairs and ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties. Al Nouri Group employees are driven and knowledgeable in the Property Management role, performing excellent skills in maintaining the clients’ properties in terms of repairs, following-up, communication with clients and vendors. Our comprehensive portfolio of services includes the following property management duties: • Monthly property inspections, report creation, and correspondence with the property owner. • Registration of the property and owners with all the relevant fiscal and public departments and utility suppliers. • Management and monitoring of payments throughout the year. • Represent the Property Owner in the Community and present its requirements if required after receiving written approval from the owner. • Supervise visitation by insurance representatives and follow-up on your behalf. • Submission of proposals for property repairs, as identified during our monthly inspections. In this regard, we also manage and monitor as necessary to ensure completion on time and to a high standard. • The preparation and servicing of the apartment on arrival/departure of the owner twice a year. • We’ve established the Al Nouri Group helpline for property emergencies. • We represent the property owner in the Spanish authorities in all matters, where necessary, relating to the Community of Owners and AGM attendance. 04.
