Hello Readers! I am the writer of this story. I wrote this story completely inspi red by the plot of ‘Blox Fruits’ I have thought of the story by making things interconnected with each other. This story highlights the journey of Darin, a very normal boy. He was bullied in his university for being weak. Bu t something was waiting for him, A life changing journey. One fine day, Darin was enjoying his recess with his so called friends. Everything was going fine until the dean called their whole class to his office. Everyone was puzzled except the class bullies. They all assembled in the office. The principal directly called the student president and asked,”Who is causing the hul labaloo in this class on a daily basis?” The president took a glance at me, then at the bullies and replied,”Sir, Darin is the most annoying student of the class.” The ground shook for Darin. He was the one who was bullied the most in this class and he was the one who was blamed for this act. The dean shouted,”Darin, you have caused enough trouble here. You are getting rusticated from this university. Now get out of my sight forever.” Darin was broken from inside. Without the degree, he cannot get his dream job. He cannot show his face to his family after this incident even though there was no fault of his in this whole matter. He ran out of the university. He ran to the port and sat there regretting his life choices of joining that university. Suddenly, two masked intruders approached him. Without waiting for a moment, they knocked Darin unconscious and threw him into a ship. When Darin woke up, he was tied to a chair and the same two intruders were sitting near him. The red masked person said,”Hello, Mr.Dar in. I know you have a lot of questions in your mind. We are not going to answer you. You will figure out everything by yourself. The lavender masked guy opened his mouth,”You seem to be very depressed. We want to give you a life changing chance. Just answe r to us.” They both asked together,”Pirates or Marines?” The red masked person said,”Pirates have one single goal. Defy the marines and battle pirates! Create your own pirate crew! Get a high player bounty !” The lavender masked guy now said,”Marines have o ne single goal. Team up on pirates and claim their bounties !” Darin thought for a moment and chose the marine side because he wanted the least violence. He thought there is some gaming competition Both masked guys looked at eac h other for a moment and Dar in again fainted. Last thing he heard before fainting was,”Indra, pack him up a nd drop him to the current Admiral.” Chapter - 2 - > A New Journey Darin woke u p and found himself in a completely new place. He saw himself surrounded by people in a ship. He sat and spoke nothing for first 30 minutes. He just kept looking at the ship sailing across the sea. Kaiso the Admiral approached him and asked Darin,”Why are you so quie t?” Darin looked at him with a puzzled look and the ship stopped at some island which was called the ‘Marine Starter’. He was brought down from the ship with the whole force. Kaiso came forward and started announcing,”Welcome my fellow marines. Today we ha ve a new member in our Marine force, Darin. It’s our responsibility to get him trained for the first sea.” Darin was introduced to the whole force. He went through few tests to check his power and he was found insanely weak. Darin was not able to understan d what was going on. Few dummies were given to him. He was told to punch them for an hour. After that one hour, the whole force left Darin behind in that island with a note which said,’You can now meet us in the Rose Kingdom. For the directions of that isl and and more further queries that are dancing in your mind, you can talk to the Experienced Captain in the Middle Town. I hope we meet soon.’ Darin had only one thing in mind. He was regretting going to the port. At that moment, Darin had no choice rather than exploring the places and finding a way out of the starter island. He suddenly stumbles upon a boat dealer. He had no money to buy a boat. He decided to talk to the boat dealer for some help but rather he got a free dinghy boat. He sailed upon the sea and tried finding islands. He reached some random island and started exploring it. Soon, he found a sign saying Middle Town. He reached his destination and also spotted the Experienced captain. The Experienced captain recognised him and directly asked him ,”Are you Darin?” Darin replied in the affirmative and asked about the things mentioned in the note. Now he knows what he had to do. He had to explore islands and he will be given hints of the next task. He would be set free from an island only after killi ng a boss. That’s all he understood. Darin’s journey started from the Whispering Woods. The only thing he can see in that island is another island connected with the current one. He sees a rope on ground. He picked it up and threw to other part of the isla nd. He then used the rope to zipline between the islands . He finds some adventurer chilling at the place. He talked to him to know about the things. The adventurer recognised Darin. The adventurer said,”Darin, to clear this island, you would have to defea t the mobs and reach their king. Their king will be protecting some sort of chest for your next mission.” Darin understood his mission. Defeating the monkeys and gorillas was a hard job for him because of the lack of power but the training he did in the starter island was really helpful for him. But their king was not very weak. He could smash the ground and c reate some intense gravitational pull. But Darin being weak was still very smart. He used to be a topper in his university. By using his brain, Darin kept doing serious punches to their king and eventually defeated him. Darin approached the chest and finds the map for the next island. Before leaving the island, he again goes to the adventurer to share his achievement. The adventurer just smiles and says,”There is a lot things you have to go through. This is just the beginning of your new life.” Darin moved to the next island,’The Pirate Village’. He had to do the same things for the next few islands. Talk to some resident of that place, understand the mission, complete it and move to the next island. This way he completed the Pirate Village, the Deserted Cit y, Frozen Village and Pirate fortress. Chapter - 3 - > Weird Powers After he clears the Pirate Fortress, Darin reaches the lower skylands. But the weird thing he noticed was that he was not supposed to fight any boss in that island. So, he simply defeated two batch of weak mobs. The skyler (resident of skylands) guided him towards Prison island through some weird portal. Darin was now curious about that portal. So, he headed to the Middle Town for some guidance through Experienced Captain. The captain said ,”Skyler was my one of the favourite student. He was one island away from clearing the first sea but he decided to stay as a guide in the skyland because of the beauty of the island. His affection for that island made me glad. So, I granted him a power of teleportation. By the way, you must be earning money while clearing islands. I would suggest you to go to Zioles grandson for some fruit. After getting the fruit show to me. He would be present somewhere in this island only.” Darin started looking for Ziol es grandson. After he finds him, he asks him for a fruit in exchange of money. After he gets some yellow - coloured fruit, he returns to the experienced captain. The captain said,”Wow, you’ve got a light fruit. That’s a really powerful and speedy fruit.” Dar in asked,”How these fruits are powerful? Are these going to hurt me?” The captain replied,”No. These fruits will grant you power if eaten. And remember, once you eat a fruit you cannot replace them by another. If you do so, your existence will be erased pe rmanently from this world.” Darin quickly ate that fruit and learned how to fly. Now he could travel between islands himself without always relying on the boat dealer. But he didn’t knew how hard things were going to be later for him. Chapter - 4 - > Lost Darin tried flying with his fruit powers. He struggled to fly for few minutes. But the moment Darin started flying, he had lost control on his whole body and the speed of light was insanely fast. For some reason, he got reminded of the physics and numeric als of light. Although he entered a new world, he cannot easily move on from his past in the university. Darin was now very confused on how to stop his flight. He kept moving with some insane speed which was uncontrollable for him. Neither can he stop his flight, nor he can find his destination. He kept doing random things with his light sword to somehow stop his flight but nothing worked. He was giving his best to move on from his past life but things kept going in a way that make him regret his life choic es. He kept moving forward with insane speed. His excitement is causing him insane trouble. Suddenly, Darin’s flight started getting slow and eventually it stopped and he fell over some very small island. He saw some hole there near water but he was very exhausted because of the energy he had to use in his flight. He took a small nap in that island. After the break, he jumped inside the hole on the water out of curiousity. Inside the hole, he was being sent down with insane speed. In his mind, this world seemed to defy the laws of physics which was true. It was not a normal world where he had been wandering for few days. Inside he saw some city which sunk inside water. He saw mobs and their leader in this place too but they looked very strong to him. But he believed that light fruit will make him invincible. He stepped up to kill the mobs after talking to the resident. How strange it is that someone is living inside water! Darin was weak infront of those mobs. They dealt some crazy damage to Darin so he ha d to run quickly from there. He jumped in the same place he came from and he returned to that same island where he took the nap. This experience was very thrilling for Darin. He realised that he should just go to the island where he is supposed to be. He b ought a dinghy from the boat dealer and headed towards Prison. He decided not to use light flight for travelling between islands for his own safety. Chapter - 5 - > The Training Now, Darin had one simple goal. He should do what is required and keep himself in touch with the Experienced captain for mentorship. Darin talked to the jail warden. This time he was assigned to find prisoners who are trying to escape and stop them with his light powers. In reward, the warden will teach him a new skill. Darin gladly ac cepted the offer because he wanted to learn things to avoid what happened with him before reaching the prison. He started roaming in the prison to stop prisoners to escape which was very easy for him. After that, he thought of exploring the place for a bit and soon he found himself in some luxury room. There he found a coat which looked very cool to him. He decided to get it for himself but at that moment, someone came to that room. It was none other than Don Megalo who is the most wanted pirate in the firs t sea. He was captured in the prison but his habit of bossing around never went with him. Darin was unaware about it. So, he approached to defeat him which was very tough for him. He kept coming to phases where he was about to be defeated. After a tough fight, Darin won but he had so many wounds. Bu t he got that cool - looking coat for himself. He went to Warden and told him all the story. Warden was really impressed and he said, “You are not a normal being. I feel you will become the legend of the sea some day. Also I have some powers to heal your woun ds.” He also learns a new ability - The light beam. For this he had to go a little high in sky and aim his light sword to the enemy. It will release small beams of light. Now, h e gets a new map for next island - The Lava Village. He heads to that island. Now the progress started to seem to go in some different way. In the Lava Village , he had to destroy a mini volcano which was causing huge trouble. He had to go underground in that island and avoid coming in sight of the Lava Bandits and get some new abilitie s like ‘Aura’ which gave extra powers, ‘Air Jump’ which lets anyone jump very high and ‘Flah Step’ which lets anyone teleport at most 2 metres. After getting those he fought the Lava General who was very weak for Darin after learning new abilities. Now, he had to go to the Underwater City. Darin has some never forgetting memories with that island. He completed that island with no problem as he has new powers and light fruit’s new skill taught by warden was really helpful. After completing Underwater city, t he resident taught him a new skill with light. To perform this skill, Darin had to throw his light sword in air and catch it in the air by backflipping which creates a reflection kick. His next destination was Upper Skylands. Now, he understood why he was not supposed to fight a boss when he earlier went to the lower skylands. In the upper sky, Darin started practicing to use his skills on mobs for better training. He slowly gained mastery on using those skills as he used to be a quick learner in his univer sity days. He was slowly able to move on from that awful experience. Before getting the opportunity to kill the leader of the leader of the island, Darin had to get a pearl for Skyler. For getting the pearl, he had to break a wall and move the statues in a way so that the statues are in a eye contact. He did that and the pearl started revolving around the statues and then it landed on Darin’s hands. He sprinted to Skyler and also noticed that lightning was trying to struck him for touching the pearl. He gav e that pearl safely for Skyler and access to Rumble master. He was using the same lightning powers which were trying to struck him. He faced a little difficulty but he managed to defeat him. Before leaving the island, Darin came to know about an ability ca lled ‘Instinct’ which would allow him to dodge attacks. For that, he had to defeat Saber Master who was wandering in Whispering Woods. He was hiding in a secret location which can be accessed by lighting four tiles on ground. It took him a whole day just f or lighting the tiles. After defeating Saber Master with no trouble, Darin learned instinct and headed towards the last island of the first sea – The Fountain City. Chapter - 6 - > Great Memories While going to fountain city, Darin was recalling his whol e journey from the day he got expelled from the university. He was wishing to have his current form there at that moment so that he could take his stand. He was feeling the transition phase he went through from the Marine Starter. While thinking, Darin didn’t realised when he reached his final destination. He got off from the boat and talked to the resident. In his mind, he kept thinking about how proud Experienced Captain will be of Darin. These deep thoughts were distracting the mind of Darin from the quest. He had to ask the resident around ten times just to understand his mission. He had to fix few pipes at top of fountain city. He had learnt to control his flight by training so he had no problem in fixing the pipe. Then, he had to get a ship out of t here to prove he is worthy of this island and all the training he did was out of passion. After this, he had to fight Galley Pirates and then Magnetic Lord. The Magnetic Lord was the toughest fight Darin went through because the scraps Magnetic Lord can at tract caused great trouble. To overcome this, Darin started using Newton’s laws of motion to deflect the scraps. His smartness helped him kill the Magnetic Lord and Darin had now officially completed the First Sea. Darin rushed to Middle Town to tell his a chievement to the Experienced Captain. He was very proud of Darin. He said,“You’ve officially completed one - third of your goal. Now before I tell you about reaching second sea, let us have a final look to each island u went through.” The Experienced Captai n used his portal to let Darin have a final look to each island. In middle, Darin asked,“If you have the power of teleportation, why you didn’t helped me travel through it.” The Captain smiled and said,“It was for your own good. You will figure out soon.” This line of Experienced Captain reminds Darin of those two masked people. After the final look, Darin was feeling himself attached with each island in different ways. All islands reminded of him the hard work and grind he did. Now, before going to second sea, Darin had to fight the final boss of second sea, The Ice Admiral. Darin was teleported to Collesseum and the Ice Admiral was waiting for him there. Darin used all the skills he knew and defeated Ice Admiral. Now, for this efforts The Captain taught Da rin the ultimate skill of light fruit, The Sky Beam Barrage. To perform it, Darin has to summon light beams in sky by raising his sword to sky and release beams on the enemy. Darin said to Experienced Captain,“You helped me a lot throughout this sea. May I call u master?” The Experienced Captain replied him in the affirmative. Now, Darin was considered worthy of stepping to second sea to continue his great adventure He had made many great memories and a master in this sea. He again fainted. To be continued ...
