Second challenge CKFA 2020 “AVIONETA” Traditional kite from Envigado Antioquia. This is a Three dimensional kite hand made with a Wood structure and tissue paper sail We tried to find out a little more about the origin of “avioneta” and what could be established is that it has been manufactured in Envigado for more than three generations. in the august season it is very seen in that región and many persons are balloons paper manufactures who use their paper techniques, achieving beautiful works. The plan presented for the contest is a contribution by Diego Foronda who has a lot of experience in the manufacture of this type of kite and recomendations from Dadalier Alvarez expert balloon paper manufacture from Medellín. The both of them supportd with their knowlegde and experience to launch this new challenge and give to know to the world a very good Colombian traditional kite. We invite everyone to participate in this new challenge and for those who don´t know this type of kite take the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful flight. Contest Ruls 1. All kinds of materials and techniques can be use for its manufacture. 2. All kind of reforms can be made in terms of size, proportion of its parts, maintaining its characteristic shape. 3. The contestant must send 4 photos of his/her kite and flight video time máximum 20 sec. 4. The three best kites will be chosen with the support of a group of foreign judges.
