Jericho Sunfire’s Complete Guide to Going Breatharian (the 15 year step by step program) by jericho sunfire Proper Understanding of Breatharianism/Inedia & frequently asked questions Breatharianism/Inedia is a huge mystery to many. You can try to be spiritual and meta-physical about it and explain it from that angle or you could be totally sceptical about it and trash it as a huge scam, either way you’d be making stuff up, but the real issue here is that everything people think they know and understand about Breatharianism/Inedia is all wrong to begin with, which means that all the questions that get asked about itare on a totally different page. This is mostly because of a refusal on the part of the very few long time Breatharians/Inediates that are out there, to go public with what they know, so the only other information left out there for aspiring Breath- arians/Inediates is the negative definitions from the sceptics and it’s this definition that is the definition promoted by the less experienced or insincere Breatharians/Inediates out there. The definition put forth by the sceptics that you simply wake up one morning thinking it would be cool to go Breatharian and stop eating and drinking there and then has no understanding, room for practise or truth and is the reason why most of the people that follow it end up sick or in hospital. I have come to realise by living it myself that nobody really completely knows what they are talking about and that includes me, this is why I always say that I’m an expert at nothing but my own experience and although it is good or helpful to follow someone else’s experience you still must walk on your own path. Here’s a few examples of frequently asked questions that I have re- sponded to over the years that come from a lack of understanding of what true Breatharianism/Inedia is, as you will see, so much time is wasted simply dealing with the miss-understanding as opposed to deal- ing with the real questions that should be asked: Q) If we weren’t meant to eat, then why do we have a digestive system? A) Well, if we eat food like this don’t you think the body would need to do something to handle it, it has to go somewhere right? The problem here is that the shape of our stomachs are actually being stretched and distorted, they say the stomach is only supposed to be the size of your clenched fist, now those meals alone look way bigger than a clenched fist and that’s just one meal, now you count the other 3 meals (at least) from yesterday and the day before that, etc, etc. Our understanding of what roles our body parts play are very much miss-understood in my opinion. For instants we weren’t “given” stom- achs so we could just dump anything and everything in it and expect it all to be taken care of, just go outside and look at the distorted phy - siques of the regular and obese people you see, our body wasn’t de- signed to digest pizzas, birthday cakes, chocolate bars, burger joints and personally I don’t believe what we call a digestive system is supposed to be used for digesting foreign objects like this in the first place. It’s like me saying we have teeth and a digestive system so we should all go and eat meat because we also have teeth so we must be natural meat eaters too or it’s like me saying that we have a tongue and it’s only use is to taste food, when the fact is that if somebody didn’t wake up one morning and purposely invent prepare and cook these foods, that food would NEVER have existed for you to even think about digesting it in the first place, so comments about how we have a stomach to digest food is a little redundant. The other fact is that you create your own addiction and your own at- tachments, if you eat that type of food then you’re creating your own bodily functions and you’re creating your own need for this food. Q) But babies are born with the same organs as we have as grownups. A) Yes the baby is born with organs fresh and brand new and then as it grows we dictate what that baby eats and the body has to follow what you give it. Breatharianism is just a word and an incorrect definition of the lifestyle at best. The truth is that we make do with what we have, like I said what we call a digestive system is not meant for solid food, that’s why babies do not eat solid food from birth, their food is liquefied and fed to them through a tube. When they are born babies drink naturally made milk for humans and that’s ok, that’s what it is there for, the milk is made by the human mother for this reason the milk is not made in some factory out of things that have absolutely nothing to do with a human body. We also produce saliva on a regular basis, the body makes up what it needs if you give it the chance. If you check what is in saliva and human milk and the air or the elements of nature itself, you will see that we have all we need for life. The only thing that keeps us attached to food is addiction and fear. The fact that humans eat man made food and still survive is all the proof anybody should need to tell them Breatharianism is possible. Also the other problem is that we are coming from a place of addic- tion and destruction, by that I mean, for those changing their diet from one thing to another, no matter what you do, things will get much, much worse before they get better and this is definitely the case for diets where you are taking away an addictive ingredient or food such as cooked foods. Nobody knows what would happen if they stopped eating and would see any reaction as negative or as a near death experience because that is the current belief system of mainstream society that is told that if they don’t spend vast amounts of money on food that they will die. It’s funny how people think that it’s the food they are eating that sustains them when the fact is that it’s the body itself and the elements of nature around them that’s keeping them alive and it’s the food that’s killing them. The truth is that if you eat man made food, you are on borrowed time until the body says “I quit”. Q) If Breatharianism is possible then you can help famine victims in Africa and other countries right? A) No not at all, famine is not Breatharianism, famine is starvation and if you think that you can help famine by telling everybody to go Breath- arian then you’re in for some trouble, famine isn’t just some Africans starving, there’s much more to it than that, if it was just about eating then these people would have been dead a long time ago. On top of that these people are getting all kinds of surplus left over foods and medica- tions/vaccines from over countries. Heck, it took me 16 long and hard years to just get this far, you really think some poor baby has that kind of time to go Breatharian when it is already an addict. We are all crack babies and food has been the biggest drug going!!! Q) Why do mothers breastfeeds their children’ if we were not supposed to eat? A) There’s nothing wrong with breast feeding, as I have said before, Breatharianism is not understood fully and it is not about simply not eating food. Mother’s breast feed with milk that they produce naturally in the same way we continue to swallow spit. The body know how to produce exactly what it needs to thrive and keep us alive, fit and strong. If the definitions of Breatharianism as told by the sceptics were correct then Breatharianism would not exist because were produce blood every day, we produce and swallow spit on a regular basis, all these are liq- uids. Also when babies are born they cannot eat solid foods like pizza, meat, etc so how can we need these foods to live when the baby does just fine on the mother’s milk. Q) Are Humans Breatharian by nature? A) Yes technically humans are breatharian by nature because we all have the same organs, this is the whole point, we are surviving because we are Breatharians not because we eat man made food, it’s the man made food that is shortening our lives not adding to it...the problem here is if people’s minds and bodies are in the condition to get back to its original state and most folks are not mentally ready or physically able due to years of suffering from the destructive effects of the food they have eaten from birth. Q) If we were not supposed to eat then why do people die when they try to go without food? A) They die because they are coming from a diseased and physically and mentally addicted state of consciousness and are starving them- selves, starvation and Breatharianism are not the same and this has to be understood. To be able to survive without food or water they would first need to get the correct understanding of how to do it and heal from your current state of disease Most people just stop eating and drink without any practise or transition based on the incorrect definitions set by scep - tics and are infact starving themselves. my Mission I’m Jericho Sunfire and I aim to establish the proper definition, under - standing, practice, safety, and recognition of Inedia, which is commonly referred to as Breatharianism, for the welfare of aspiring Inediates, practicing Inediates, and the world as a whole. 1. To officially define what true Inedia is and what it is not, as well as who the true Inediate is and who it is not, as definable by safe, healthy, experienced, and reputable practicing Inediates, thereby replacing the inaccurate, unrealistic, and outdated labels and mis-definitions of “Breatharianism,” and “Breatharians.” 2. To show the possibilities of the true Inediate lifestyle by sharing the combined knowledge of safe, healthy, experienced, and reputable prac- ticing Inediates. 3. To raise the awareness of Inediate sustenance as not only the body’s own gradual mental and physical evolution of returning to its natural state of being food and water free, but to establish true Inedia as the natural, original, and ideal means of human physical sustenance. 4. To empower true Inediates to stop skeptics or information from deny- ing them the ability to positively use the elements of nature as their bod- ies deem necessary and cause them to feel that they are cheaters, fakes, or frauds, which couldn’t be further from the truth; and to enable true Inediates to enjoy the right to the free, peaceful, and publically accept - able practice that every true Inediate earns several times over on a daily basis. 5. To perfectly clarify all pre-requisites necessary, including both pro- fessional and medical supervision, in order to safely and successfully learn about Inedia, transition into Inedia, and practice Inedia, thereby identifying who should, at this point and perhaps in the future, have nothing to do with Inedia whatsoever, and who can, at this point, safely, successfully, and ideally engage in Inedia study, transition, and practice. 6. To provide potential Inediates with a platform both for focused fel- lowship and for safe, self-guided, and professionally supervised explo- ration into the personally unique and intuition-driven process of natural- ly undergoing the Inediate evolution. For although there are principles involved in the Inediate transition, the preparation, means, and speed for applying those principles are unique to each individual, who goes through their own evolution. 7. To discourage any and all negative, unhealthy, and unsafe attitudes, understandings, and practices related to Inedia or the concept of Inedia in any way, including any negative reasons for pursuing Inedia, and any negative outcomes that could result from improperly studying or prac- ticing Inedia, since any such negativity automatically disqualifies such motivations, practices, and outcomes as being related to True Inedia, as defined, practiced, and taught by Jericho Sunfire. 8. To discourage all random, incomplete, inaccurate, unethical, or inef- fectual instruction of any and all aspects of either True Inedia or Incom- plete/Unauthentic Inedia in any form, regardless of the teachers’ and the students’ level of Inedia practice or the lack thereof. 9. To research and raise public awareness on the full affects of consum- ing cooked products, processed products, and animal products on one’s physical, mental, and spiritual state, as well as the environment, and to encourage appropriate action for maximum health, well-being, and freedom. 10. To promote fitness and its role in Inedia, and to joyfully celebrate the wholeness, well-being, oneness with nature that inevitably comes from the true practice of Inedia. The true Definition Of Breatharianism/inedia (what inedia is) i. A possible, demonstratable, , and documentable practice, science, and human art, WHICH IS THE BODY’S OWN GRADUAL MENTAL AND PHYSCIAL EVOLUTION OF RETURNING TO IT’S NATU- RAL STATE OF BEING FOOD AND WATER FREE AND LIVING OFF OF IT’S OWN RESOURSES SUCH AS SALIVA, BLOOD AND THE ELEMENTS OF NATURE. ii. A safe, healthy, and natural process, WHICH IS THE BODY’S OWN GRADUAL MENTAL AND PHYSCIAL EVOLUTION OF RETURN- ING TO IT’S NATURAL STATE OF BEING FOOD AND WATER FREE AND LIVING OFF OF IT’S OWN RESOURSES SUCH AS SALIVA, BLOOD AND THE ELEMENTS OF NATURE. iii. A step-by-step process, starting with mental activation, and generally followed by the Fruitarian diet, then Liquidarian sustenance, then the ability to recycle the elements of nature, blood and saliva, and absorb- ing more and more natural energies as you reach the advanced stages of THE BODY’S OWN GRADUAL MENTAL AND PHYSCIAL EVO- LUTION OF RETURNING TO IT’S NATURAL STATE OF BEING FOOD AND WATER FREE AND LIVING OFF OF IT’S OWN RE- SOURSES SUCH AS SALIVA, BLOOD AND THE ELEMENTS OF NATURE. iv. A natural process that for some may always involve liquids, even if a person doesn’t “drink water,” since the body still absorbs and recy- cles moisture from the environment, and saliva, because the process is THE BODY’S OWN GRADUAL MENTAL AND PHYSCIAL EVO- LUTION OF RETURNING TO IT’S NATURAL STATE OF BEING FOOD AND WATER FREE AND LIVING OFF OF IT’S OWN RE- SOURSES SUCH AS SALIVA, BLOOD AND THE ELEMENTS OF NATURE. v. A lifelong process, that you must plan to invest at least 15 years in practicing, of reaching progressively higher levels of physical cleans- ing, food and water transcendence, and natural energy sustenance, because it is THE BODY’S OWN GRADUAL MENTAL AND PHY- SCIAL EVOLUTION OF RETURNING TO IT’S NATURAL STATE OF BEING FOOD AND WATER FREE AND LIVING OFF OF IT’S OWN RESOURSES SUCH AS SALIVA, BLOOD AND THE ELE- MENTS OF NATURE. vi. A process that is empowered by activation, guided by intuition, and undergone with hard work and divine timing, because these factors are necessary, indispensible, and cannot possibly be overrated in THE GRADUAL MENTAL AND PHYSCIAL EVOLUTION OF RETURN- ING TO IT’S NATURAL STATE OF BEING FOOD AND WATER FREE AND LIVING OFF OF IT’S OWN RESOURSES SUCH AS SALIVA, BLOOD AND THE ELEMENTS OF NATURE. vii. A process that is a natural, intertwined, and divinely activated part of one’s physical mastery, mental development, and spiritual growth and THE BODY’S OWN GRADUAL MENTAL AND PHYSCIAL EVOLUTION OF RETURNING TO IT’S NATURAL STATE OF BE- ING FOOD AND WATER FREE AND LIVING OFF OF IT’S OWN RESOURSES SUCH AS SALIVA, BLOOD AND THE ELEMENTS OF NATURE. A process that ABSOLUTELY, NECESSARILY, AND UNDEBAT- ABLY MUST be completely free of all liquids, especially saliva. v. A static and final state that can be planned, attained, or a process that can be pursued, again, by simply going completely food and water free “cold turkey,” SINCE THAT IS FAR FROM INEDIA, OR EVEN COMMON SENSE, BUT INSTEAD, IS STARVATION. vi. A process that can be pre-scheduled, pre- planned, or taught by outer-instruction alone. vii. The conscious, intentional, or desired cause or effect of our physi- cal, mental, or spiritual efforts.
