AMEX GBT MOBILE APP USER GUIDE APP STORE OPTIONS 1 Download the application in Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store. APP REGISTRATION 2 Open the app and enter your work email address. Press the Create Account button at the bottom of your screen. APP REGISTRATION 2 Please review the Digital Services User Terms, and then press Continue APP REGISTRATION 2 Fill out your personal information, including the user name and password you will use to log in to the app, and then press Continue. APP REGISTRATION 2 Important when creating a user account: Only Alpha (A - Z) and numeric characters are allowed. Other characters or symbols are not permitted, neither are spaces. Email addresses are not a valid username entry. Verify your email account by pressing the Continue button. VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT 3 VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT 3 Confirm your email address by pressing the Verify your email address button in the email sent to you from the Amex GBT Mobile app. You’re almost there! Hello Tracy Nakamura, To finish setting up your Amex GBT Account, we just need to make sure this email address is yours. Verify your email address Inbox ACTIVATE BOOKING CAPABILITIES 4 Once logged into your app, you should land on the ‘Home’ tab, similar to the first screen below. Step 1. Tap on ‘Book your travel’. Step 2. When the app asks you for camera access, please grant it. If you ‘Don’t Allow’, then you will need to go into Settings, find Amex GBT and enable Camera from there. Tap on ‘Book your travel’ to start the activation process for enabling booking capabilities. Step 1 ACTIVATE BOOKING CAPABILITIES 4 Step 3. You now need a QR code to activate booking capabilities in the app. On your computer/desktop, log into your Neo account to retrieve your QR code Either by clicking on the tile that reads “Mobile App: Activate Now” (Option 1) Or go to Profile (Option 2). Click “View Profile” under your name in the top navigation and then click the link that reads “Add device” under the Neo Mobile section. Step 3 Option 1: Click the “Mobile App” tile Option 2: Click “View Profile” ACTIVATE BOOKING CAPABILITIES 4 Step 4. Scan your unique QR code from your computer/desktop screen. Step 5. Once the QR code is recognized, the ‘Activate Account’ button on the bottom should turn blue; tap on it. After a moment, your Neo account should be activated on your app. Once your Neo account is connected, tapping on ‘Book your travel’ will bring you directly into the default booking screen. Scan QR code into the box Step 5 Step 4 Tap on ‘Activate Account’ once QR code is captured DE - LINKING NEO 5 If you later want to reset or change the connected Neo account - you can de - link the Neo account as per below. Step 1. Go to the ‘Account’ tab. Step 2. Scroll towards the bottom to tap on an action labelled ‘Reset your Neo Account’. (Should be the second to last item preceding ‘Log Out’.) Step 3. Confirm ‘Yes’ when the app asks if you would like to proceed to ‘Reset’. Now your app account is detached from the Neo booking account. NB! Only applicable for countries utilizing other online booking systems but wish to use the Amex Tap on ‘Reset your Neo Account’ LOG IN 6 Log in to your Amex GBT Mobile account with the ID and password you created during the app registration process.
