MICHAEL’S PARISH HALL RULES AND REGULATIONS To ensure that safety and wellbeing of both our clients and guests, we seek your cooperation to adhere to the guidelines of our rules and regulations for the benefit and wellbeing of everyone. a. Venue facilities and equipment have been provided for the comfort and convenience of both the tenants and guest, therefore we seek your cooperation in making sure that it always well-kept and maintained in good condition and for purposeful benefit for everyone. b. After the completion of any event, you must remove any decorative items that have been placed and return the venue to its original condition. c. Kindly ensure that all events or activities are concluded by 11.00 pm (except Saturday at 4.00 pm) at the latest. To ensure that both parties adhere to the conditions, an inspection by the management may be conducted. d. It is important to be mindful of the conduct and behavior of all guests at all times so as to maintain peace and order within the premises. Please be reminded that NO pets are allowed at the premises e. To ensure safety at all times, clients are to ensure that any equipment utilized during any event are in good condition, preferably with SIRIM certification to avoid any untoward incidence during the duration of the event. f. All outside equipment to be brought into the premises must be listed and registered with the management. g. In the event that there are damages to in-house property equipment or loss of items, charges will be imposed at the discretion of the management. h. To maintain uniformity and to avoid any unwanted offensive nature of advertising, you are required to get all signage, banners, back-drops, staging decorations, etc. approved by the management prior to the event. i. The usage of sharp objects such as screw, staples, nails or adhesive fastenings would need approval. This includes the usage of candles or any candle-based decorations which can damage surfaces. j. This is a religious based premises, therefore, immoral activities such as gambling, prostitution, prohibited drugs, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons are forbidden. k. The Management would also like to remind all clients that management will not be liable for any occurrence to personal injury or loss due to negligence within the premises. l. NO smoking is allowed inside the premises. m. To avoid traffic congestion, clients are required to provide security of 2 persons preferably RELA to control the traffic and the parking. n. Cleaning of the premises after event is to be borne by the client. Client have the option to clean themselves or to opt for cleaning services provided by the management at a reasonable charge. Failure to do so will result in penalty imposed by the management, o. The management is practicing “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” policy in this premises (except the usage of Msgr. Wachter Hall, however it is recommended). Foods and drinks must be catered from “The Saints’ Café”. p.
