The two beams symbolize the great- est commandments of God which are the love of God and the love of neighbor. The vertical dimension is our love of God. This love is manifested through our prayer, frequent reception of the Holy Eucharist and fidelity to His commandments. But our relationship with should be balanced with our relationship with our neighbor. The horizontal beam symbolizes our relationship with one another. Loving God requires us to love one another. In 1 John 4: 20, it says, “If any one says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen.” *********************************** Prayer Request for the Sick Please pray for the following individuals, that they may be healed by the Grace of God: Imelda Sandate, Diane Galindo Salinas, Mary Diane Rios, Michelle Rodriguez, Charlie & Dora Carrasco, David H.
