HV Holdings Ltd is recruiting an Accountant. Main Purpose of the Job: The job incumbent shall work in close collaboration with the Chief Finance Officer regarding all finance and accounting activities for the Group. The key objective is to assist the CFO to oversee and manage the transactional finance activities including internal controls and maintain our license to operate. Job Description - Main Duties and Responsibilities Anchor for Holding Company and Property Cluster  Ensure proper accounting.  Prepare periodic reconciliations and management accounts. Anchor for Group Related activities Reporting and Controlling  Drive compliance to the Group’s financial and statutory reporting obligations through proper accounting standards, minimum internal controls, and relevant arm-length principle.  Assist in ensuring the periodic management accounts and reconciliations of each entity are accurate and reliable.  Ensure yearly equity reconciliations between statutory accounts and management accounts are performed, well documented, and signed off.  Support the CFO in driving a world class finance by challenging status quo, optimizing efficiency, and driving best practices as well as continuous improvements.  Prepare periodic consolidated Group management and statutory accounts. Working Capital, Treasury, Risk and Compliance.  Assist in driving improvement to the Group cash flow position and gearing ratio.  Assist in driving improvement to the customer satisfaction and working capital through various initiatives and follow up such as stock ageing, DSO, DPO, e-invoicing, e-payment, and e- receipting.  Support in negotiating with relevant stakeholders / financial partners to ensure the Company get the best preferential rates (commission on credit card payments, interests on factoring services, Forex, etc.).  Help the CFO and management in maintaining a Group risk register.  Assist in driving awareness on Anti-Fraud related activities. Profile & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance and/or ACCA Qualified.  Result oriented  Change Ambassador  Can deal with pressure and move forward with ambiguity.  Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other Accounting Software and ERP. Experience:  Minimum 7 years in a dynamic business environment with proven track record of progressive finance development.  Prior experience with reporting, consolidation, process improvement and audits.
