TRYPC The Real Yorkshire Pudding Gift Guide 2020 - T&Cs 1.Entrants to the Promotion are bound by these terms and conditions. 2. The Promotion is open to those resident in the UK aged 18 and over. It excludes employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected to the competition. 3. Timings: The Promotion starts at 5PM on 1st December and finishes at 23:59 on 16th December. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition end date or withdraw the Promotion at any time. 4. How to enter: To enter, you must have access to the internet and; i.Comment on a promotional post on Instagram or Facebook ii.Entries must not feature offensive contentor content which infringes 3rd party copyright iii.Only one entry per user. If it becomes apparent that you are attempting to circumvent this condition by any means your entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. iv. By entering you accept that other entrants may submit ideas of concepts that are similar to your entry, and you will not be entitled to compensation or right to negotiate with the Promoter should this arise. 5. Prize: There is a different prize to be given away each day of the promotional period. No cash alternative. 6. Selecting the winner & delivery: Winners will be selected within 72 hours of the promotional post being posted and contacted by Facebook message. Winners must then provide the requested details within 5 working days and Prizes will be sent within 14 working days of the end of the promotional period. Proof of ID may be required. Delays to postage may apply due to COVID-19. 7. Submitted details provided by Winner/s will be retained for 3 months after the prize has been fulfilled, in case any follow-up actions are required.
