EFFICIENCY POWERED BY INTEGRATION 9 Inbound requests are done via our Customer Center portal. Packing list is attached to the inbound order. SKUs and lots are inputted through our web-based service. Inbound notifications and arrival dates are sent through our WMS to our floor teams so product can be unloaded. Barcode scan checks are performed on a case and pallet level. This ensures accuracy on the receiving side. Two-step verification process includes a dock handler SKU/LOT check, and a verifier SKU/LOT check. INBOUND MAGEMENT PROCESS 10 Picker moves product into verification area Orders are created in our system through custom integration. Picker is assigned the pick ticket Picker proceeds to validate location, SKU and Lot to be picked via mobile scanner. Verifier ensures correct product has been picked and proceeds to prepare the pallets for shipment. Carrier picks up. BOL and PL are provided and uploaded to the outbound order via mobile scanners. Retailer-specific guidelines are followed for labeling and pallet stacking. Order moves from Ready to Ship status, awaiting carrier pickup. Order is Shipped.
