Two Remarks Hundred only) for onetime installation charges of each Desktop GPRS POS machine and Rs. 400/- (Rs. four hundred only) for each Portable GPRS POS machine and the monthly rental of Desktop GPRS POS machine is Rs. 220 and GST for first 48 months and actual SIM charges from the 49th month of installation onwards. The monthly rental of Portable GPRS POS machine is Rs. 400 and GST for first 48 months and then actual SIM charges from 49th month onwards. Point No. 2 The number of transactions performed at POS machines installed at Post Offices during the month of November, 2018 is 6 and the amount of these transactions is Rs. 11275/- and 191.73 tax. Point No 3 As per guidelines by the Department of Personnel and training in the Guide to the RTI Act, 2005 only such information (i.e. any material in any form) can be had under the RTI Act which already exists with the public authority. The public authority under the RTI Act is not supposed to create information, or to interpret information, or to solve the problems raised by the applicants, or to furnish replies to hypothetical questions. Point No 4 Part 1 At 1478 Post Offices (out of Post Offices where POS machine is installed) there was not a single transactions done through POS terminal in last 3 months. Part 2 As per guidelines by the Department of Personnel and training in the Guide to the RTI Act, 2005 only such information (i.e. any material in any form) can be had under the RTI Act which already exists with the public authority.
