Is There a Creator? A Reflection on the Order of the Universe Introduction : I’m a young Muslim, only 15 years old, but I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about the universe and the nature of reality. I want to share these thoughts with anyone who questions if there is a Creator behind everything we see and don’t see. This book is n ot meant to insult anyone but to open minds and hearts to something beyond chance and randomness Chapter 1: The Perfect Order of the Universe: Everything we observe in the universe follows perfect, precise laws. Gravity controls the stars, electromagnetic forces shape atoms, and even the tiniest particles behave with astonishing consistency. If these laws were even slightly different, life as we know it could not exist. This extreme fine - tuning is not likely to be a random coincidence. It points to something greater — a powerful mind or force that designed these laws carefully Chapter 2: The Limits of Human Knowledge Perception of time: We say a day has 24 hours, and an hour has 60 minutes. But did you know that time doesn’t work exactly the same everywhere? Near huge things like black holes, time actually goes slower! But if you look at your own watch, 1 hour feels like 1 hour We measure time by how many times the sun rises and sets, which comes in handy when we want to organize events like work, appointments, etc. However, if you were to start a timer on earth, then go to a different planet and start a timer there, after 1 hour, the timer on earth will show the same number as the timer on that other planet. This shows that what we call “time” is just how we understand it. The universe itself might be very different from what we think because our brains and clocks only see a small part of it. With that being said... Chapter 3: The Arrogance of Denying the Creator It is arrogant to think that a limited being like us — someone who can’t even fully understand their own mind or what lies beyond our galaxy — can confidently dismiss the existence of a Creator. Some people ask, “Can you see God? Can you measure Him? Can you perceive Him?” In my opinion, that’s a very superficial way of thinking. We as humans are not meant to perceive God with our five physical senses. We are meant to perceive Him spiritually . Think about it: if we were supposed to hear God, what happens after we die and no longer have ears or hearing? Does that mean God no longer exists? Of course not — that wouldn’t make any sense. That’s my personal answer to the question: “Can you perceive God?” We were not created to detect God with weak, man - made tools. If God wanted us to see or hear Him directly, wouldn’t He have simply created us with that ability? God knows better than us. If He hides His appearance or presence, there’s wisdom behind it — ev en if we don’t understand it. It’s like a programmer and a robot. The programmer knows exactly what the robot needs to function properly, even if the robot doesn’t understand its own design. Likewise, God knows what we need — even better than we do ourselves. Using the brain and tools that God gave us to say He doesn’t exist is like a robot saying, “There is no one who made me,” while using the very code its maker wrote. It doesn’t mean the robot can’t say that — but it’s confused. It’s using what it was given to deny the one who gave it everything in the first place. In the same way, some people use their intelligence and science to argue against God, without realizing that even their ability to think comes from Him. As a Muslim, I wanted to share my thoughts on this from an Islamic point of view... Chapter 4: The Islamic Perspective In Islam, we learn that everything was created with a reason and with care. Allah knows everything, and humans only know a little. The Quran reminds us to be humble and to think about the signs around us — the stars, the mountains, the way things work. We should not be proud and think we know everything. Instead, we should be thankful and open to the truth that there is a Creator who made all this. I hope that with this, I managed to wake up the mind of at least 1 person to look around and realise what’s really going on. Made by – Ahmed M. Abujazar - 04/08/2025
