1 model#1: Run n Gun Written and Composed by @odyzap This model is influenced completely out of the teachings of the ICT. I have been trading this model for the last year and it has provided some of the most profitable and high probability trading opportunities to me. Thus, I decided to share this simple setup, so young traders can improve by getting a grip onto a simple strategy/model. Things you will need to understand before you continue: Liquidity Stop hunts Fair Value Gaps All of the above are beautifully put by the ICT into teachings so if you’re not aware of them you should better go watch his YouTube. Lets begin!! 1.1:Bearish Run n Gun 1.2: Bullish Run n Gun 2 What we want to see is either a set of some relative equal lows or highs for our target. Clean swing highs can also work, the goal is to use the opposing side of liquidity that will be resting at specified levels as your take profit area. We would prefer if market could retrace around 65% of the first initial swing but not necessary. Inside an FVG around those levels we can try to place our entries. Let’s see some real life examples: 2.1Bearish Run n Gun on #BTC/USDT 1. Swing creation. 2. FVG created on the move down. 3. Liquidity engineering (range forming, consolidation) 4. Relative qual lows form. 5. Raid to external range liquidity, market will look to rebalance the imbalance that was left behind. 6. SL should be placed just above the FVG. 7. We are targeting as our TP the relative equal lows (or highs depending the direction of the model) 3 3.1 Bearish Run n Gun on #BTC/USDT 3.1 is very interesting because if we zoom even more, we will find this setup forming in the lower time frames. 3.2 is zoomed in!! 3.2 Bearish Run n Gun on #BTC/USDT. (this setup was formed inside another RnG. 4 4.1 Bearish RnG on #SOL/USDT Of course this is by far, the most simplified version I can create. An experienced trader should be able to add his confluence and make up his tweaks, adjusting a tighter SL for example would give you a higher RR than example 4.1. 5.1 Bullish RnG #BTC/USDT In conclusion this is a very simple setup. You wait for a swing to get issued. Once that is done you wait for the market to go sideways and engineer liquidity below or under an fvg. When price raids the stops of the range and heads into the FVG you take your entries targeting the other side of that balance area. You are gonna be targeting the opposing side of liquidity. Simple as that. 5 If you liked this small tutorial, consider following me on social media! Twitter: @odyzap Instagram: @trader.odyzap
