A K N O W N M E T H O D R E S O U R C E Dé voilé The quick-start guide for logistics founders who've built something real, and are ready for it to finally be seen. Sure Ghostwriting · The Known Method For logistics founders S TA R T H E R E It was never a content problem. Most logistics founders think they need to "post more." What they actually have is a visibility problem, and those two things get solved completely differently. You've spent 10, 15, sometimes 20+ years building something real: carrier relationships that took a decade to earn, judgment calls that saved a customer relationship at 2am, a reputation that's rock-solid inside your own network. None of that shows up when someone searches your name. Not because it isn't valuable, because nobody ever showed you how to say it out loud without it feeling like bragging. THE DISTINCTION THAT MATTERS Bragging sounds like: "Look how great I am." What you actually have sounds like: "Here's exactly what I learned solving a problem you're probably facing right now." One is about you. The other is about them. That's the whole difference. Dévoilé: The Known Method 1 T H E F R A M E W O R K Three kinds of posts. Pick from these, not a blank page. Every logistics founder who says "I don't know what to post" is missing a structure, not an idea. You have more ideas than you think; you just haven't sorted them yet. 1. EXPERTISE-LED Step-by-steps, industry fundamentals explained simply, behind-the-scenes, before/after mindset shifts, case studies. Example prompt: "What's a decision you made that would've looked wrong on paper, but was right in practice?" 2. LEAD-GEN-LED Content built around a burning problem your ideal client already knows they have, and a clear next step. Example prompt: "What's the most common reason a shipper says they've been burned by a broker before?" 3. AUTHORITY-LED Built from what your audience fears, what stops them from acting, what they actually want, and what they're sick of dealing with. Example prompt: "What's something every experienced founder knows, that nobody says out loud?" Dévoilé: The Known Method 2 D O T H I S T O D AY Fix your headline. Takes ten minutes. Only the first 45 characters of your LinkedIn headline show up on mobile. If those characters are just a job title, you've already lost the person reading it. A strong headline passes three tests: THE 3-PART TEST Direct : can someone understand what you do in 3 seconds? Authority : does it give a reason to trust you before reading further? Curiosity : would someone feel like they're missing out if they didn't click through? Try this formula: the real objection your client has + your answer to it + what they get. EXAMPLE Instead of: "Owner at Freight Co." Try: "The 3PL you call when the load can't fail | 15 yrs, zero excuses" Dévoilé: The Known Method 3 S T E A L T H E S E Seven prompts for your next seven posts. Don't wait for inspiration. Answer one of these out loud, write down what you said, and clean it up. That's the post. 01 What's a call you made that no dashboard or system could've made for you? 02 What's something you believed about this industry 10 years ago that you don't believe anymore? 03 What's the most expensive mistake you've seen a newer founder make? 04 What do your best customers have in common that most people would never guess? 05 What's a moment you almost lost a customer, and what actually saved it? 06 What's something everyone in your industry knows, but nobody ever says publicly? 07 What's a piece of advice you'd give the version of you that was just starting out? Dévoilé: The Known Method 4 The reputation was already there. This is just how it gets seen. If you'd rather have someone sit with these decisions alongside you, pull the thinking out, and turn it into content that sounds like you; that's what The Known Method is for.
