We encourage our attendees to tell us their areas of focus and try to help them meet their goals! What is the attire I should wear while doing yoga? Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in. Track pants are ideal. How long should the gap be between yoga and a meal? We suggest a 90 minute gap at least. If you have only had tea/fruit even 45 minutes is fine. If I have difficulty in any asana, how can I seek help from your team? With consistent practice you will be able to perform every asana. Reach out to us to seek help anytime. What are your monthly charges? Our monthly charges are 2500 INR or 50 SGD. Will yoga help me lose weight? Yoga will certainly help you lose in inches in a sustainable manner.
