Crypto G4N9 Game The G4N9 game is a turn-based 2D strategy game developed by the Crypto G4N9 team. Set in the futuristic world of Metropolis dominated by rival factions, with war between the districts being rife to rule over Metropolis. G4N9 is a P2E game using characters, weapons, armor and other gear, all NFT based. These pieces of art will be your tools to dominate the G4N9 game world. Factions There are 3 different factions: Shadow, Dragon and GS Society. These are not only assigned to your troops (character NFTs) but also are also areas in which you can play. Choosing to match the troops faction to the same battleground will give you an advantage, so it will play a part in how you choose to play. Token The G4N9 token is the primary currency in the G4N9 game and can be earned through G4N9 battles and staking your G4N9. The token can be used to purchase troops, weapons, armor and other G4N9 items within the game as well as in the lead up to it. We will also be adding more utility to the token as development progresses. When the game is launched a liquidity pool will be added to the token so that you can exchange these tokens. However, with the currency being very useful to progress in the game and purchase items, you may want to hang on! Buildings Arena Once engaged in war you will find yourself on a custom battlefield depending on your faction and whether you are in PVE or PVP. The arena will depend on which faction you are in on the map and the battlefield will be generated to match that faction. When choosing your troops, advantages in battle and more XP for winning will be given to the troops that match the battlefield faction. SO think about this when choosing where to play! Barracks This is where you will be able to stake your G4N9 for other players to “rent” for their battles in return for a stake of their winnings. You will also be able to stake and rent your weapons so hang on tight to those special ones! Temple This is where you will be able to use your Serum to “mutate” your G4N9 troops. The Serum works by creating a new NFT whilst keeping the original. This means that serum will be a highly valuable commodity in the G4N9 game. War Factory This is the marketplace where you can purchase all the G4N9 troops, items, weapons and other gear that you can use on the battlefield. This is also where you can see all of the weapons and G4N9 that are available to rent, and their % stake of a successful battle. Items/Gear - NFTs G4N9 troops/mercs – These are the PFP NFTs that are needed to play the game. You can choose to go into battle with just one character, however we don’t recommend it! Weapons – As seen from the chests, these are your instruments of war and are used to increase your offense. Each weapon has its own abilities and its own advantages. Shield – These can be used to help increase the defense of your character. Like the weapons, each have their own abilities and advantages over certain weapons and attacks. Torso – Similar to the shields these also increase the defense of your troop and have advantages over certain weapons and attacks. Helmet – The final piece of armor that can be used to increase the defense of G4N9 troops. These behave in the same way and have advantages over certain weapons and attacks Companions – Used to take into battle to aid you in combat. Companions can provide a major advantage and can be used to increase your agility as well as your offense. Keep an eye out for these and watch out as these could change the course of your battle dramatically. G4N9 Stats These are the attributes that your G4N9 has and how they are used in battle. Agility – The amount you can move your troop around the battlefield during a turn Dexterity – Determines the amount of turns per G4N9 troop as well as the chance of being able to dodge an oncoming attack Intelligence – This determines the amount of Mana your G4N9 has and is used for skills Strength – This will determine how much additional damage your G4N9 will deal to your opponent Gameplay The Battlefield Depending on which faction arena you choose to go to war will depend on how the map looks and the layout. The battlefield is laid out in a grid like formation showing obstructions and paths to take. The amount you can move a G4N9 troop will depend on the Agility of the troop and if you have a companion. The overall look of the battlefield will depend on the arena faction you are intending to fight in, however obstacles and starting positions will be chosen at random to prevent any advantage for each player. Remember to choose your army wisely as matching the right G4N9 troop faction and arena will give you an advantage and increased player XP for winning! Battles/Matches Each match will be between 10-15 rounds of combat. There will be a minimum of 1 turn for each G4N9 troop before the round ends. The number of turns per round will depend on the Dexterity of the G4N9. The more Dexterity you have the more turns per round. Each turn will last 10 seconds, where you can choose to either move, attack, use a skill, skip a turn or retreat. If the time runs out before a player takes a turn, this turn will automatically be skipped. Turns Move – Moves the player around the battlefield with the distance depending on their agility level Attack – The attack on an enemy troop with the range and damage depending on the weapon. If no weapon is assigned before the battle begins, a melee attack will be used Skill/Abilities – Skills and abilities are found within each gear and troops NFT. Each skill has it’s own unique effect and mana cost with a cooldown period. Each G4N9 troop has a maximum of 4 skills to equip. Skip – Skips a turn to the next G4N9 troop or if all turns have been used, changes to the other player or ends the round Retreat – This is an option that can be used only once per troop during a battle. This allows any G4N9 to move back a certain distance regardless of their Agility. Rounds Each match will be 10 rounds as standard. A round will be over when all G4N9 troops on either side have used all their turns. If a player is able to defeat their opponent before the 10 rounds, then the Battle will end and the player will be declared victorious. If both players have all of their troops still alive at the end of the 10 rounds or there is an equal number of G4N9s still in play on each side, then the Battle will extend to 15 rounds. If after 15 rounds both players have 5 or more troops still in play, the battle will end in a draw. If both sides still have the same amount of G4N9 left at the end of the 15 rounds, the battle will also end in a draw. Rewards The following rewards will be given to the victor of each battle with a small % being given equally for a draw. The aim of the game is to win! MMR – Used in PVP only, this will determine your global rankings. Every week/month global ranking rewards (Tokens & NFTs) will be distributed to the top players and the ranking will be reset. Troops Used Experience – This will be given to the troops that are still left standing at the end of the battle and used to level up your G4N9. Token Rewards – Tokens will be given for a successful battle win or draw Loot – Depending on the type of match or event, loot will be given to the victor “In the near future, wars will break and countries will fall and only a few will dominate.
