For everyone’s care, we are following corresponding DOD and CDC guidelines to address the Coronavirus disease outbreak. Please see below for current information: Lab Results: All tests performed in our drive thru are tested with NAAT /PCR. We do not perform antigen or antibody testing. Our goal is to process all the samples with same day results with follow up as stated below: • -Positive: You will receive a call by close of business and will be given further guidance. • -Negative: We currently only call back positive results. If you don’t get a call from us the same day then your result is negative. Your result will be viewable on Tricare online a few days after the test. Here is the link: Tricareonline Please be patient and feel free to contact the 78th Medical Group if you have not been able to access/view your results online in 4 days. • If you are unvaccinated and have had an exposure to someone with positive COVID 19 lab results, you need to isolate for 10 days from the time of the the exposure. If you are active duty, you need to talk with one of our medical team members for quarters/quarantine guidance. The filled out sheet can be taken by a family member or trusted friend to the pharmacy with a copy of your ID and they can pick up the medications for you while you are quarantined. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately: • Trouble breathing • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest • New confusion • Inability to wake or stay awake • Bluish lips or face *This list is not all possible symptoms. Nurse Advice Line for After-Hours triage at 1-800-TRICARE Vaccine Information: • COVID-19 vaccines are effective at helping protect against severe disease and death from variants of the virus that causes COVID-19 currently circulating, including the Delta variant. • If you are fully vaccinated you can resume many activities that you did before the pandemic, but you should wear a mask indoors in public if you are in an area of substantial or high transmission to maximize protection from the Delta variant and possibly spreading it to others. • You may have side effects after vaccination.
