Social Member Code of Conduct Policy The aim of the Code is to promote and encourage good behaviour and practice by all Members. It aims to promote and encourage a culture of respect and integrity within the Club. Drumcullen GAA Social Members are required to abide by and implement the Code. Drumcullen GAA Social Members are required to report any suspected breaches of the Code to the Club Committee for Review and investigation. Drumcullen GAA is fully committed to safeguarding the wellbeing of its members and providing an environment and ethos which shall show respect and understanding for Members Rights, Safety and Welfare. Code of Conduct In respect of any Activity, each Member shall; Guiding Principles • Maintain, demonstrate and promote the highest standards of integrity and respect. • Respect the decisions of Committees and Councils. • Respect all other Members. • Respect all property and equipment of Drumcullen GAA. • Behave in a manner that upholds the values of Drumcullen Club. • Comply with the Rules and laws of the Club. • Implement, support and promote the Code. • Cooperate with any investigation in respect of an alleged breach of the Code. • Cooperate with any investigation into alleged breaches of the law arising out of an Activity or incident. • Report breaches of the Rules to the Drumcullen club committee. • Submit to the authority of the relevant Committee in accordance with the relevant Rule. • Promote the highest standards of personal conduct. • Not do any of the following; - Use foul or abusive language. - Use any other forms of abuse. - Partake or support any form of illegal drugs activity. - Engage or support any form of bullying. - Discriminate against any person in anyway. - Behave in a manner which is not in the best interest of Drumcullen Club.
