FAQs - ParkAide to Snatch Migration What is Snatch App? Snatch is the new face of ParkAide mobile. We have developed our next new app that will eventually replace ParkAide App. Think of Snatch as an upgraded version of ParkAide Mobile. How to migrate from ParkAide to Snatch? Please approach one of our Snatch App representatives to start your migration process. You can also reach out to us through WhatsApp/Hotline/FB/Twitter How do I park my car with Snatch Like ParkAide, open the QR scanner in the Snatch App when you enter the car park. “Scan Me” QR Scan feature and PIN entry are also available. Can I still use ParkAide Mobile? Yes, you can still use your current ParkAide App until January 2022. Please migrate to our Snatch App before then. Which car park can I use Snatch in? Where are your car park locations? You will be able to use the Snatch App in any of our ParkAide Mobile or Snatch locations. You can refer to our list of car park locations in the Snatch App. Can I sign into my account from multiple smartphones? Yes, you can. However, only the recent login will be active. What happened to my credits and active VP on ParkAide? You have the choice to either deplete your credits and active VPs on ParkAide and start fresh on Snatch or request our representatives to migrate your credits and VPs to Snatch immediately. After migrating to Snatch, is my PIN number still the same? No. Snatch will generate a new active PIN for you. Please check your new PIN on Snatch App
