Ruta PRIVACY POLICY Here at Ruta technologies Inc., we make it a priority to protect and secure the privacy of our users. In this Privacy Policy we clarify the type of information we collect from you, how we make use of that information and share it with. INFORMATION WE MAY REQUIRE FROM YOU: We may receive information from you upon registering to use our platform. This includes personal information such your full name, email address and/or cell phone number. HOW WE USE THE COLLECTED INFORMATION: ● Full name, email address and/or cell phone number upon registration is used to register you as a user. ● In the event you experience any difficulties upon using Ruta, we will contact you with the provided information to assist you with the matter at hand. ● Contact you if we add any updates to Ruta. ● We use your feedback or comments collected via PlayStore or within the application to improve on the functions as suggested by users in Playstore or Ruta. ● For analytical purposes: the amount of daily active users in certain regions and the amount of time they are active for. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION: ● Here at Ruta, we do not disclose information about any individual users using our platform to our advertisers. However, we may give estimated anonymous information e.g. the amount of users that viewed a specific ad. ● We may disclose information to the school you selected when communicating to a signed up administrative user on our platform. ● No student account or details of the student is accessible to the public through Ruta. Only the student themselves, the teacher and fellow students they are connected to can see their profile. ● We do not sell our users personal or non-personal information. DATA RETENTION: We will not store students’ data any longer that it is necessary. This information will only be stored for educational and legal purposes. In the event a student has not been using their account within the last 10 months, their account will be removed from our database and need to register again should they want to use our platform again.
